I recently discovered Motovation USA. I saw them on YouTube doing product reviews and again in my search for high quality parts for my street bike. I purchased a very hard to find part. Gilles Tooling rearsets. Full disclosure, there was some confusion between the German company and my US model bike. I ended up waiting for my part to be produced, only to learn that this part number fits the EU version of my year/ make / model, but not the US version. Been getting the accessories for my Streeetfighter from the guys at motovation for years. Great people to shop from and learn from, always been very helpful and they really know their stuff. Super stoked, they now carry accessories for my BMW F 800 GS. Good service too. I had ordered a part that i knew had a 2-3 week lead time. When i called to check on it 2 weeks later they said the factory changed pushed the ship date another 6 months so we just decided to cancel the order. Well before they canceled they went out of there way to track down the last remaining item and have the factory ship it to me that week. Sold what was to be quality Italian made parts, received cheap china cast and machined to look like CNC parts. First day, found out the passenger peg assembly wasn't strong enough to hold 50 Lbs, so I left it off. Within the year of "warranty" replaced 1 bent bolt, and when a crack was found in the main item, they never responded to the email. Since then saw the part being sold "on sale" then recently removed from their website. Part was for a 2014+ Honda GROM Rear Peg Assembly Set. read more

Had a very disappointing experience with Motivation Accessories. Purchased a headlight kit for my bike. Requested a return of the light through emails and a phone conversation with Jacob specifically. Nothing was attempted to install or sealed packaging opened only the box itself. And yet customer service would not take the return. Very disappointed with customer service at Motivation Accessories. Recommend BellissiMoto out of Vegas great customer service. I had exactly the same experience as John O. Spent over $300 with them and decided I did not like the look of a mirror. Return requested online then when I paid the money to send it back they simply sent it back to me saying parts were missing, no email, no call, nothing. No attempts to install it on the bike were made (how can I install it without the adapter I wonder?) and the item was in exactly the same condition as received. Customer service was horrible to work with and I ended up requesting return on my other items simply to take my business elsewhere. A tip many may not be aware of, your credit card company has your back in these situations and they won't take very kindly on an account like this in the long run. I would highly suggest buying local instead, looking at eBay or importing it yourself rather than dealing with these guys. Dealing with this online retailer is painful. As a customer you be ask for credit card for order like everyother online retailer, but then you get an email that ask you for permission to do a "test charge" on your credit card and you (the customer) have to then check credit card statement or call your credit card company to find out what the amount of this "test charge" is and email that amount to them before they will send you the order. I did all of this BS and then I was told the amount I verified was incorrect. So, I got a "Sorry" in an email. Then got no response from the company after I proved that the amount I verified was correct. The only thing I assuming is that this company is doing something shady.
