The gentlemen that I was dealing with on the phone did not explain the situation well at all and the potential outcome. If I knew the percentage was high that I would be in an additional 700-800 dollars, I would have chosen not to proceed. That is a fourth of the cars value. Very disappointed in the transparency of the communication. I would look somewhere else to service your vehicle.

Excellent service is rare anywhere you go, but it's what I get when I take my cars here. I'm willing to pay to have Alford's do the work because I trust them to fix what's broken and to also let me know what I need to keep an eye on. But they have NEVER tried to pressure me into fixing those other possible repairs they have noticed. I keep a family fleet of cars going and having a place to bring them where I know I won't be jerked around is great. I highly recommend Alford's repair. I would be shocked if you didn't receive the same great service as I always have.
