If you're gonna go to Big O tires than you're gonna be making a Big O Mistake. I have absolutely no problem with paying for a service, what I do take issue with is how it's always the worst case scenario in every scenario. Moreover worse than that my last trip in getting a ford serviced the wrong break calipers were installed and started on fire a couple miles down the road. I find that every time I go here to get something fixed, it takes twice as long they estimate. Also, something on my car gets fixed and a week later it seems something else related to what was just fixed is going wrong. I do have to say, they have cheap oil changes and they can usually fit me in the same day. read more

I scheduled an appt. with Big O Tires and was told it would take about an hour to get all 4 of my tires replaced. When I came to my appt the next day I was greeted by a male at the front desk who had to tell me how he was feeling under the weather that day. This went on for a couple of minutes. After waiting for 25 minutes they finally brought my car back. By an hour after my appt time they had 3 of the 4 tires off. When I asked how much longer to expect I was told "yeah, I'm sorry he's new." I specifically asked how long the appt would take as I needed to be somewhere that day. Finally 2 hours after my appt time they were finished. I paid my invoice but was charged a tire protection plan. I specifically told them while booking the appt I did not want this protection plan. I was not asked about this protection plan during check out. I did not ok this charge. When I asked about reversing the charge I was told to call and speak to Pat, the store manager the next day. I called the next day to which Pat offered to send me a couple free oil changes instead. I don't live in the area so it is not convenient for me. I asked for a refund. Pat informed me he would need to get ahold of his boss, then I would need to come into the store in order for his boss to access his computer and run my card for the refund. I got off the phone with Pat so he could get ahold of his boss. A few minutes later Pat called back and said "well, we didn't charge you for the 2 tire pressure monitor sensors so it basically wipes out the tire warranty." At this point I was asked that his boss give me a call to which Pat responded "well.... He actually isn't with our company any longer." My entire experience was a nightmare. I have now escalated this to corporate with hopes they will resolve the problem. read more

This shop is the absolute best. The manager cares so much about your car and genuinely wants to save you some money. When I was there, he gave a customer TWO FREE TIRES just because the ones they came in with were so dangerously worn and they were not in a position to purchase new tires. I mean, that's incredible. Cars are a hassle and most shops are our to make a buck off of you. Not Big O Tires in Rogers, MN. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there for any and all your needs. Don't waste your time and money!!! I recently put a new front end on my truck and I brought it in to get aligned. First off they charged me 140 bucks because it's a "special alignment" because it was "bigger than a half ton"... it's a 3/4 Dodge... same front parts as a 1500, just a bit beefier. Anyway it should have been easy. All new parts just had to get it straight. Well they couldn't even do that. I was a little irritated that they couldn't even give me an alignment report showing how far off it was and how close they got it. I like to know what I'm paying for and that it was done to the best of their ability. Anyway I drove it home and didn't drive it for awhile, it is not my daily driver, well once I drove it I soon realized that it was not done well. The steering wheel was not centered... not even close, it pulled to the left, and it felt kind of shifty. I brought it somewhere else and it was done right. I was given an alignment report so I could see that it was done right and I paid significantly less. It is safe to say I will never go back! read more

Avoid Big O Tires @ 13645 Northdale Blvd, Rogers MN 55374! #023019 Especially avoid "Manager" Scott Employees- Chandler Hanover, Kaitlyn Terrible experience! Terrible Customer Service and complete lack of understanding of the issue! Zero empathy or motivation to assist resolving customer issue! We purchased all new tire in November 2018- since that time we have had our vehicle back into the location 4 separate times (including today 7/31/19)... We have asked the store to address a slow leak in one of the tires on 4 occasions. Each time we brought the vehicle in- they stated they could not find a leak.... within hours of leaving the location, the tire has lost air pressure requiring us to fill the tire several times a week. This week- my wife called the store and spoke to a woman who indicated that they had record of our numerous attempts to fix the issue and that we should bring the vehicle in and they will replace the tire. I brought the vehicle into the store today and spoke to Scott, purportedly Scott is the "Manager"- Although, Scott would not give me his last name....? Scott indicated that they took the tire off placed it under water but could not find any leaks- I explained to Scott that this is the 4th time we have brought the vehicle in to have the new tire repaired and all 4 times the store told us the same thing.... I also explained that my wife had spoken to a woman this week who told us that there was obviously something wrong with the tire and to bring the vehicle in and they would replace the tire.... Scott asked for the name of the person we had spoken to. I told him it was a woman that my wife had spoken to - and asked him if they have any women working at the office. He indicated "Yes we have only 1 woman working here" but would not give me her name.... ? Scott also indicated that they would not be replacing my tire because there was "nothing wrong with it.... it does not leak". Scott has been in the tire business for 2 months! Really?!! If the tire does not leak that must mean someone is effectively stealing the air out of my tire when I'm not looking...! I asked Scott for the name of his Manager or the owner so that I can speak to someone about the issue- Scott refused to give me the name of his Manager or contact information. Excellent example of leadership and looking out for the best interest of your Customer! Scott has zero "people skills" and should really have training on how to effectively address customer concerns and resolving issues! A Business is only as good as the people you have representing it! By the way- I took my vehicle to Discount Tires in Maple Grove, where I have previously purchased tires for my other vehicles. They indicated the tire had a faulty bead and replaced it "FOR FREE"! Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE!! read more

They do not treat single females well. I Paid $750.00 for work that was not done and I had to go back the next day so they could do the work I paid for the day before. They refused to give me my part back so I am not sure if they actually replaced it or just fixed the old one. They put the wrong oil in my car and I only found out by accident. They ruined my tires because they said they rotated them when they didn't. read more

wont come back here again... was spposed to have my car worked on last sunday and had a nine oclock appointment so i waited next door for two and a quarter hours before they called me to say they could not get it done. now im back today same time and its now two thirty and they are not done yet after i was here at nine oclock and they told me it would be done in three hours.. what a joke.... was told today my mechanic working on it he was the only mechanic here today and was juggling other cars as well as mine but was not told this this morning!!. they want your business but dont want you level with you as to how many mechanics will be there on a sunday.. dont take your car here..... very dissatified. read more

One of the best customer service experiences I have had. The team at Big O Tires went above and beyond to get us back on the road even offering to stay late so we wouldn't have to modify our work day the next day. We took my wife's Jeep in to have it looked at and they were professional and honest about what concerns they had and what needed to be done for the car to be road worthy again.
