I have never been the westside tire before. I heard about them through a friend, and on the radio, I figured it would be like any typical tire place but it was much more. I worked with a guy named Jon,and He did not pressure me or try to sell me the most expensive tire. I told him what I was looking for and directed me to a good tire for my truck. The guys that worked on my truck were fast and very considerate. I felt like I was at NASCAR. As they changed my tires. Fast, and efficient and great quality they made me feel like family. My experience was on a Friday 2 weeks before Xmas. They service was quick on mounting my two trailer tires. I had brought in the wheels myself so as soon as I checked in, they were taken to be dismounted and was finished in ten minutes. I do have a problem with how the employees didn't even ask for my help bringing in the tire as well as taking them back out to my truck for me. I have been coming to them for years and this company can't get anymore honest. I've seen them even take a loss once from a very difficult customer accusing them of a bad repair which wasn't even repaired by them. I witness this girl swear and Loren, but a week later lo and behold this customers dad had tried to patch her tire when he had borrowed the girls car so he called to apologize and they still gave this difficult customer a free repair. I have brought my car here for service twice and I intend to be a lifelong customer. The crew is very effective, the pricing is fair, and the opinions are brutally honest. Where other mechanics will try to sell you extras and claim your vehicle needs "extra" work, Westside will recommend only the necessary parts and labor. If there is a rattle in your exhaust system, Westside will fix it as necessary without trying to sell you an entirely new exhaust system. An acquaintance of mine got me hooked on Westside when they took their vehicle in for service due to an odd noise from the undercarriage. 2 Westside mechanics tried to find the problem for over 90 minutes and could not. They judged the vehicle safe to drive and because they didn't do any "work" on the car, there was no charge. Amazing. read more

I will drive the extra distance from the twin cities to bring my vehicle here from now on. I appreciate their honesty and that fact that they don't try to sell you a tire just to make a profit but one that fits your car and your pocket book the best. I made the mistake of getting new tires at chain store, and realized right away the difference in both the staff and the service I received. We have bought tires for 4 different cars and breaks for 2 cars at Westside Tire. The staff there is fantastic! I have never been over sold on any of my purchases (which happened to me all the time at other tire places). These people care about the work they do and they do it well. They even helped me find a place to have work done on my car that they themselves couldn't do! AND they followed up with me to make sureI was satisfied with the other place.
