Not just about doing quality work, but about people. You can see it in the way he treats his customers, the pride he takes in his work, and the respect he shows his employees. There's a level of integrity here that's hard to come by. No pressure, no upselling, just honest explanations and work done the right way. You can tell this is a business built on trust, not shortcuts. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and clearly supported by leadership that values them, which says a lot about the culture behind the scenes. If you're looking for an auto care shop that operates with honesty, heart, and real craftsmanship, this is it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Things I've thought were bad, he says they are fine. When something needed to be done that he couldn't handle(axle repack), he referred me to a reputable shop. Let's what else: - Gas is fairly priced. - They have non-oxy gas. - He lets the fine people of el Rancherito park and serve up food. - Free air. - Other vendors occasionally selling stuff (Scandanavian Cakes???) - Activities for kids around Halloween & Christmas. Overall, Troy and his partner are just an all-round solid team who care about the people in the neighborhood they serve.

Lane, at the front desk answered all of my inquiries without making me feel like a bother; especially given it was an hour before closing. Despite having a full load the following day, and due to limited hours later in the week, he advised that if I came first thing next morning, they would squeeze my car in. I had him add me to list for 7:30am (just in case) and advised that I was going to check out one more mechanic (nearby). Ultimately I went with Lowell's! The interaction with Lane felt more authentic. I appreciate that he was willing to give a range, and advise how price would vary based on if it was a this problem, verses a that problem. The next morning I dropped my car off. Without knowing when they'd get to it, I just took a Lyft to a restaurant in NE for breakfast and figured I'd walk to work from there. My car was ready by 10am and while I could have gone back for it, I decided to wait till later in the day, which they were fine with. The other place had a loaner car, a waiting area, and would have cost less (based on the diagnosed issue, front brake pad & rotor). However, although I would have LOVED to save money, I'm happy I went with Lowell's... the place that made me feel assured. I would return.
