I checked part cost online against what they billed me; while it was possible to find a cheaper rebuilt part - they didn't mark up the part cost for new and charged me next to nothing for labor. After I picked up the car on my drive to work there was noticeable misfire (confirmed with OBD reading) I called them up and John said to bring it in and they'd take care of me. He's a man of his word; we couldn't be sure if the issue was caused from the work or not - so they replaced the part in question same day - no hassle necessary. While they're not bargain basement cheap on price - they are trustworthy and stand behind their work. I spent a lot of time to find an honest mechanic after moving - I'm relieved to say I found one.
