Amazing! Chad and his crew are fantastic-- they always get me in right away and are so flexible. If I can leave work early and have down time, they try get me in ASAP! Super knowledgeable and down to earth! Also, they aren't trying to sell extra things or get extra money out of you-- just trying to get everything done that you need! Super sweet! Reminds me of the place I use to go back home! Chad even texts you after and asks if everything is running okay-- not a lot of places do that! Great people and customer service! Exceptional experience with Chad and Shane. Honest, rapid service (could get in within ten minutes of my call for a tire change), great prices, and friendly guys. A great asset to Delano! 7/18 Update-Visited the shop again for some work on my son's car. Significantly less expensive than the dealership and they were able to turn service around just as quickly. As fate had it, they were also able to pull a nail/fix a flat a few days later with fifteen minutes notice. Great business! read more

Be very careful if you are attempting to take advantage of a special offer. Our flyer offered a free oil change and tire rotation with any other service. When I dropped off the vehicle for brake work, I showed the flyer to the person at the counter and requested the oil change and rotation. Went to pick up the vehicle and was told that the special was actually $30 for oil change and tire rotation. Asked to see the coupon flyer and it could not be found. And we were charged over $32 for the oil change and tire rotation, with tax on top of that amount. A different person was working at the front desk, so maybe they're trying to make a greater profit from every visit. Wasn't that way in the past. read more

I came here for an oil change because I haven't had time to do it myself lately. the staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful, was able to answer my questions knowledgeably when I was making my appointment, and got me in early the very next morning. Upon arriving, I noticed that there was a nice sitting area with a couch, shelves full of books, tea, and water. Chad, the guy I spoke to yesterday, introduced himself and his two coworkers. all very fun and friendly. They then took my keys and whisked my car into the garage. I sat and read my book for all of about 25 minutes when I saw my car pull up outside. One of the mechanics, Shane, then explained everything that they noticed was wrong with my car (two minor things and one more major). He took the time to explain what could happen and drew me a diagram. At no time did I feel pushed, rushed, or taken advantage of, as I have felt (as a woman) in other automotive places. They didn't insist on doing the work themselves which is what these kinds of places usually do. They left it entirely up to me as the customer which I truly appreciated.
