My phone was damaged so I was looking into upgrading. The woman working there was super helpful and gave me all the options and was very honest about what each option would offer- even if that meant that getting a phone there would cost me more money than going elsewhere or using my insurance policy. I really appreciated the honesty and ended up going through my Asurion policy. When I'm ready to purchase a new phone I will definitely do it here!

Within less than an hour of delivery - they were gone. I had done FedEx tracking so I knew when they arrived to the wrong delivery address (I went home to retrieve them) Needless to say our 12 year old phones needed to be retired. So I walked into the Montvale store and was greeted by Caesar and Tommy. They were helpful and gave me correct info about the AT & T free upgrade. Another misinformation by the kiosk at Walmart. I came back with my husband and we went through the process with Caesar - he was to the point, no BS. We specified in store delivery/pick up only. He said no problem. We placed our orders and within days our phones arrived. We came to the store after work and Caesar synced our old iPhones to our new phones and we were on our way. I was furious. I walked right out. Absolutely insane to treat a customer like that. Absolutely ridiculous to treat a customer this way. Matthew was really helpful especially as there were some hiccups on Verizon's side as I was transferring a new line, one of which took a bit of time. Its not really crowded as it's in a location where it's hard to see even driving by (we've drive by maybe hundreds of times without ever knowing there was a Verizon in OT). If you're coming from Closter or Demarest it's absolutely worth the 10-15 min drive here as you Miley won't have to wait and will get far superior and courteous service.

I explained how is that possible I have had insurance on the phone since I got it. So I went home and a few days later I called TMobile and they said yes it is covered and he said ill call the store please hold on. He called the store got back on the line with me and said no problem I spoke with them and you can go there anytime and they will replace it free under warranty. So i decided to go right away. When I got there the guy was rude as i told him you just spoke with TMobile right? He said yes and I said you can replace my cracked screen protector under warranty. He replies you have to wait and then I will check the system!! Wth!!! You just spoke to customer service and it was verified!! Ill wait but want to make sure this will get done! He says again I have to check the system!! Are you kidding me!! Long story short the employees are horrible there and don't know wth they are doing. Because I left and called the Spring Valley store with a world of difference. They checked while i was on the phone with them and said come down we will replace it. And i was out of their store within 5 minutes and a new screen! Too bad Pearl River is a nice location but you are wasting your time dealing with the morons there.
