I just went to purchase a new phone because I can't hear out of my phone without putting it on…read morespeaker. The person helping me said he can either clean out the ear piece or sell me a new phone. He cleaned it out, solving the problem. I really appreciate his honesty and help. It otherwise would have been an easy sale for him with me being none the wiser.

They sold me my first Verizon smartphone not informing me that this particular model - the LG k20v…read more- is very fragile. See https://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/409259/How+to+fix+my+K20+plus+cracked+screen: "POSTED: 09/13/2017 OPTIONS "I also have the same problem. This is my second LG K20 Plus phone and the screens on both broke with on a month of my purchasing them. The first time it slid off my bedside nightstand and shattered when it hit the floor (a drop of about 2.5 feet) and the second I simply had the phone in my pocket with nothing else in the pocket yet the pressure from my leg was enough to crack the screen. "My honest guess is the plastic body of the phone is too thin and so the phone body flexes cracking the screen. This is simply a poorly designed phone. Avoid it." I called and asked for some way of dealing with it. They were unhelpful bordering on rude. It behooves an honest store to tell you that you are purchasing a damage-prone phone and urge you to buy some protection for it. In this case they had even discouraged getting insurance, as they said it would cost more than a new phone. In actuality, it is $3 a month while the phone is $7 a month.

Beware of misleading sales practices at the Spring Valley, NY store…read more My husband and I have business accounts and recently visited this location to upgrade our phones. We were assisted by a sales representative named Onasis, who strongly recommended an expensive Zagg Pro Max screen protector. He explicitly stated that it was high-tech, shatterproof, and would not crack or break. To convince us, he demonstrated by slamming his own phone onto the store floor, claiming this proved the product's durability. Based on this demonstration and his assurances, we purchased the screen protectors. Unfortunately, within about a week, both of our screens developed cracks and shattering--something we have never experienced so quickly with other screen protectors we've used over the years. We contacted the store and requested to speak with a supervisor. The person who answered immediately claimed to be the supervisor, identifying himself as Eric. He was dismissive, showed no concern, and repeatedly insisted that the sales representative had not misrepresented the product. Notably, he sounded very similar to the original sales rep (Onasis), which raised concerns about whether we were actually speaking with a legitimate supervisor. We intend to pursue this matter further to confirm proper management involvement and to ensure that sales staff receive ethical training. Customers should not be given false or exaggerated claims simply to secure a commission-driven sale. Advise I've received...never buy costly accessories from Tmobile go elsewhere for cheaper prices. The accessories will be either the same quality or a better quality...sometimes way better!

My husband passed away and I contacted T-Mobile to disconnect his cellphone. I was originally told…read morethat they suspend his line but I would still have to pay the same monthly bill. Therefore, my bill remains the same whether someone is deceased or not. Three months later I called again regarding my bill. The next representative said she could lower my bill and cut his phone back on. Of course, I was grateful. However, she didn't tell me that she was going to remove the data from my phone and I would not be able to access internet. When I discovered that I could no longer listen to music on my phone I called again, yesterday. I contacted them again in frustration. Today, I discovered that my phone was further restricted when I tried to call 911. I am disgusted and appalled at T-Mobile in the way I (a widow) has been treated.
