Finally one of the two sales people was kind enough to show me the 2 pot fillers they had. As a consumer, I think this location needs a training in customer service. Sitting behind a desk and pointing is unacceptable. I did not purchase the pot filler it $600 plus tax, the one they had.

But the job they did deserves recognition. Among the many people worth a shout-out: designer Chaya Uzan whose enthusiasm and ideas gave us a sense that our project was quite special; and Robbie Goldberg, our day-to-day contact and project manager, who brought a craftsman's eye to all aspects of the job. When problems were encountered, problems were fixed. An example: once we installed a new oven in the kitchen we realized that we would have to do without a favorite built-in spice cabinet. Robbie came up with ingenious fix requiring some custom carpentry so that the spice rack did not disappear but became an integral of the whole. Anthony, our renovation expert, was our first contact with A to Z. He encouraged us not to give up on what we wanted the project to look like even though other renovators had told us it was impossible to do. He also offered to answer any questions we might have along the way. Then there's Shevy, the permit and insurance coordinator. She dealt with the necessary paperwork and kept the inspectors at bay so we did not have to deal with those headaches. And last but not least, Mario, the site manager, who was there every day, hands-on, always professional and pleasant. On that note, the entire team seemed to like one another and treated us and each other with a refreshing degree of decency and consideration. To summarize: The team at ATOZ was thoroughly professional and kept us informed with clear, consistent communication every step of the way. Importantly, the team worked efficiently to stay on schedule and were fair when an unexpected issues arose, providing clear solutions. Wish I could zero rating for this place. I received a 3/25 dirty chairs and I do not mean dust; the…read morechairs had some kind of yellow foodstuff on the entire seat but I chose to clean it up as I only opened up the chairs on the day of my event. The bags the chairs came in were busted up badly and dirty. Not sure why they have five star reviews when their customer service is horrendous. The manager? is downright rude and had no customer service skills to listen to my questions and advise me. They had my card on file but he credited my security fee to my sister's card as she picked up the chairs for me. Not sure why he would do that when my card was used to hold the deposit. When I inquired, he said I was told that and he was wrong. I was told they will my card and that will be charged. There was no mention that the the security fee would be taken from someone else's card as that topic NEVER came up prior. He is full of himself and just a person with a nasty attitude. I won't be using their services again and no referrals.
