Their "designer" was completely incompetent and lacked any semblance of balance, creativity, or common sense. The planner who worked with her couldn't even do a simple linear calculation of the square footage of our back splash. We ended up buying more than twice as much tile as we needed. It cost us $800 dollars extra (returns not allowed) and Fauxcase refused to even address the issue. In addition,they don't seem to know the difference between stainless steel and polished nickel. Again, they would not admit to their mistakes. We ended up designing the kitchen ourselves and it is great. Their construction people all admired it. They do not work from 830 to 430 and do not schedule work for everyday. One day we were told that they were not coming because their driver was afraid of dogs! Of course, they knew that our dog was always on a different floor and gated. To be fair we were happy with their construction people. They did a good job. It is most of the people in the "office" who are incompetent and even, at times, nasty. Buyer beware; do not go there!!!

Finally one of the two sales people was kind enough to show me the 2 pot fillers they had. As a consumer, I think this location needs a training in customer service. Sitting behind a desk and pointing is unacceptable. I did not purchase the pot filler it $600 plus tax, the one they had.

Robbie came up with ingenious fix requiring some custom carpentry so that the spice rack did not disappear but became an integral of the whole. Anthony, our renovation expert, was our first contact with A to Z. He encouraged us not to give up on what we wanted the project to look like even though other renovators had told us it was impossible to do.
