After choosing one, the turnaround to pick them up with my prescription was pretty fast. The frames ended up sitting too close to my face, so I returned to see if they could be adjusted. To my surprise, they were able to add a higher plastic nose pad to match my frames instead of those old school metal ones. I was also having problems adjusting to the lenses, but they kept on making adjustments until they were correct. They even let me see their optometrist for free to check that my prescription was accurate. I also discovered that the lenses on my old frames (from a different place) weren't entirely right, so Adam offered to replace those lenses for free so I wouldn't have trouble switching between my old and new frames. Even though it took a few visits to get everything right, I'm glad it did because I got to know Patty and Adam more and am blown away by the level of commitment, quality and customer service they have for their clients. They're just lovely people and I'm happy to have found my go-to glasses place. Thanks Adam & Patty!!

My friend tried on lots of frames but the staff were really patient and kind without saying anything but stood beside my friend. The lady doing eye tests was professional and she checked my friend not only for an eye test but also told my friend the problems of her eyes (yes, my friend had the eye issue the lady mentioned.) Because we do not have insurance, the staffs offered us as many discounts as possible, and we all think the price is reasonable. The next time I went there was because my boyfriend needed a new pair of glasses. The staffs were patient, nice, and professional as last time. My boyfriend was really happy with the service. Today, I brought my glass which wasn't bought there to do the adjustment. The staffs, again, were so nice and helped me quickly. They didn't charge me a dollar to do the service. I truly recommend this place. The staffs are young, nice, and professional. It's my new place to go for glasses.

He couldn't guarantee it because it had to be sent out, but he came through. I was so pleased with the service that I returned this year when I decided it was time for new glasses. This is probably the worst customer service experience I've ever received from any retail location…read more My current rimless glasses have loosened and I walked into this store to see if they can tighten it, I walked up to the lady at desk and waited for her to end her phone conversation, when she hung up I explained to her that I did not buy my glasses from this store and asked if they can tighten the screw on my glasses, I even offered to pay for the service. The answer I got was short and assertive and most of all shocking: 'we don't have a lab in this store, now get out, you didn't even buy these glasses here'. I tried explaining to the lady that I just said I was willing to pay for this service, all I heard from here was: 'get out; we don't want your business here!' Gaining new business is not their strong side... I would recommend anyone that is looking for fair service and decent customer service stay away from this place.
