As for the rest of the team....worthless. This practice is owned by another business now. This staff does nothing. I was in to get my eye exam. I needed new glasses. I brought the frame with me. The tested me and sent the frame out. They told me the date it was to come back. Two weeks later I still had no glasses. I was told they would be there the following week. Next week I kept calling and asking. The individual to help did nothing. "Oh, they are coming" he said. Finally I called on Thursday and he said they were in the next morning. Of course, the glasses were damaged now he said. They did not have these frames so I would have to call where I got them in London. I said just give me the glasses back and I needed a refund. I went back the next day and he was gone. The glasses vanished. Everyone did not answer anything. I now need to call the insurance company to get the money back. This staff is terrible. It's also convenient that I can pick out frames right in the office. The turnaround time can be so quick too! On my last visit I got two pairs of glasses in 24 hours. When I was first deciding who to pick to do the surgery the staff part was an important factor for me. The first time I ever went to his office, his office manager, Patti, had a cold and didn't want to get anyone sick. So she had other people bring me in person whatever it was that I was supposed to have. That little gesture as well as the kindness and concern I picked up from her and other staff impressed me. I searched for doctors for about a year before having the procedure. Dr Bianchi was recommended by someone in the Neuro-Opthalmology department at NYU Langone Medical Center.
