This shows that he listened to customer feedback and wanted to remedy the situation. Not many businesses do that, and to me this shows character and a willingness to change for the better. The front office staff were also very polite and kind this time around. Everyone makes mistakes, but owning it up and correcting it can be so simple, but many of us don't do it. Thanks for listening! Keep it up! This was my previous review posted a few weeks prior: The staff is rude, inflexible and inconsiderate. I was talked to in a condescending tone, as if I didn't matter. There is one front desk associate (young woman) who seems to be in a bad mood, she has serious communication issues. Her "have a nice day" at the end was especially unwarranted after a particularly frustrating exchange. This business needs to train the rest of the staff in basic customer service and replace this person. Continue to be rude to your customers and you will no longer have any left.

From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. Everyone took the time to make us feel comfortable and ensured that all of our questions were answered. Dr. Morillo was exceptional. He was extremely thorough, detail-oriented, and took the time to carefully explain everything regarding our eye health. What impressed me most was his honesty and genuine concern for his patients. He provided clear recommendations without any pressure and made sure both my children and I fully understood our options. It's refreshing to find a practice that combines outstanding customer service with such a high level of professionalism and patient care. Dr. Morillo and his team truly go above and beyond to make patients feel valued and well cared for. I highly recommend Morillo Eye Center to anyone looking for an eye doctor who is knowledgeable, honest, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of his patients. Five stars all the way!
