They had a nice selection of brands, including designer brands. They only had one sales associate ag the time I went and the doctor was attending to a client. Something that bothered me was that the doctor had a really rough manner with the client. He was talking to her in a very harsh tone and it almost caused me to leave. She was a senior woman's J like their glasses but not how they treat their clients. The other employees I interacted with were friendly but it still left a bad impression.

I have been going Dr. Andrew for several years for a history of glaucoma management. The office poses problems in time management that I didn't experience in the past. My wait the last two visits was 1hour, and then even longer 1 hour and 40 minutes just in the waiting area. It was the same for other patients shuffled into different rooms to sit. The communication in between was not particularly good and I feel if there was a long wait anticipated the patient should be informed. I personally was upset and nearly left. My fear is my next appointment and blocking in 3 hours of time for a standard follow up appointment, and wondering about anything more serious with my vision in the future needing surgery scheduling, and in general a more efficient approach with patients. Overall, I like Dr. Andrew who did apologize for the excessive wait time, however I think the office management part and patient needs are needing improvement.
