When I got to my car..they were not polarized. I went back and told them. I had to wait for the rep that helped me. I told her the issue and she said the new ones will be in a week. I stopped in to get the new ones and they still were not right. She gave me a refund and also she wanted to make it right. So I went back in to see if they were in and were not. 2 more weeks went by and nothing. They finally said it's in. I went in only to find out they were sooo horrendous I was shocked. To top this off...a person that has been there for years could not see what I was talking about. I mean come on...at this point I wanted my glasses and leave and goto my original place. (OPTICAL ILLUSION) oh and on top of that they charged me $120!! In The picture below, top(optical illusion) bottom(eye to eye) look at the difference and it took 3 days!!!!! My complaints are, it takes a week or so for someone to call you back if you leave a message if they call you back at all, and the lenses I purchased are not very good grade. After speaking with my insurance and providing the billing code for the procedure, I was told it was indeed covered and given the exact billing instructions. When I called back to discuss this with a male employee, he became hostile and insulting, insisting that the procedure was not covered and stating, "I don't care what you think about the insurance," before hanging up on me. It seems they prefer to avoid submitting the test to the insurer and get paid directly. This is a total rip-off. Stay away from this office. They are only interested in ripping you off and taking your money, basically stealing. My insurance even warned me never to pay them out-of-pocket.

At first the glasses didn't feel right but after I called, they suggested to wait a month and see how I felt. I kept using my old glasses and try the new ones from time to time until I eventually got used to. I found that the glass was too thick comparing to the ones I usually got from my previous eye doctor in the City. My glasses got broken and came today to get them replaced under the guarantee. They flat out said that those glasses were not from them and that the frame nor the prescription matches what was on file. I was in shock; I was given glasses that did not match the prescription on my file yet they charged me for those services. At the end they put Dr. Dominguez on the phone who with a very condescending tone kept saying that those were not glasses from her practice and from time to time she made sounds insinuating that I was lying. Yet, didn't apologize nor occurred to her that perhaps the negligence and disorganization of her office got me the wrong or what they call "over the counter" glasses and charged the insurance for the real ones. The front office staff were also very polite and kind this time around. Everyone makes mistakes, but owning it up and correcting it can be so simple, but many of us don't do it. Thanks for listening! Keep it up! This was my previous review posted a few weeks prior: The staff is rude, inflexible and inconsiderate. I was talked to in a condescending tone, as if I didn't matter. There is one front desk associate (young woman) who seems to be in a bad mood, she has serious communication issues. Her "have a nice day" at the end was especially unwarranted after a particularly frustrating exchange. This business needs to train the rest of the staff in basic customer service and replace this person. Continue to be rude to your customers and you will no longer have any left.
