Saw Dr Matta in for my mom. Worst experience with this office…read more I asked for visit notes copy which on the day they refused to give us saying they will email it. Three weeks later and have called 2x a week for a simple visit note, Still no email or note. My mothers medication and eye drops authorization stuck for 3 weeks until I have call and remind them to call the pharmacy. Have been put on hold each time about 10 mins. No note / no readings do we can't get new glasses. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This practice is clearly in some other cosmetic business and not interested in providing any care.

After the appointment, I went to the eye glasses shop where there were extremely reasonably priced glasses and someone there to help you chose. Overall, the entire staff was extremely attentive and dedicated to making sure you had a good experience. No complaints.

The office has its own collection of frames to choose from, including designer sets. I have always been satisfied by the selection and have no need to go anywhere else. As a nice added bonus they will do quick repairs and cleaning on your glasses too.

This is standard procedure yet they dug their heels in refusing to do it for over 5 weeks delaying my ability to get medical care. The imaging place tried contacting this doctor, in addition to my primary care doctor advising them on this standard procedure to no avail. Although the doctor was very kind, she supports her office staff blindly without even bothering to listen to the patient.
