I am very happy with my progressives from Invision Optics. The staff were so friendly and helpful with choosing frames. Before finding Invision, I really shopped around. I tried mail order progressives, as well as ordering from a big box store nearby, and those lenses just didn't work for me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Invision Optics. The staff and the care is outstanding. The staff is always friendly and takes as much time as you need to pick out glasses, answer questions, whatever the need it. Dr. Terrylee Maimone is not only kind and attentive but she is very smart. She referred me to a specialist for follow up about two years ago for what appeared to be freckles in my eye and possibly the start of macular degeneration. He confirmed they we only freckles and that I don't have degeneration as of now but had seen me yearly since then to keep an eye on it. Dr. Maimone remains involved and asked me to be sure he keeps sending her the records to be sure he is seeing what she sees and is still finding me to be okay. She took the pictures of my eyes today and spent time to show them to me and explain what she was seeing and what she believes he is seeing and checking for. I never feel pressured to hurry up when selecting frames or feel like they are out to sell me the most expensive pair there is. Just a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them. read more

I had my glasses done here but they are way too expensive. I get that they are Chanel but the frames were $450.00 and the total came out to over $900.00 and I only got Progressive lens and the tint that makes them dark when going outside. My Dolce & Gabbana ones from LensCrafters are Progressives with the tint and anti glare and they cost me less. The gentleman that sold them to me was very nice but I took them back since they were sliding off my nose and the man there had a little too much attitude going on. First he said it's hot out so they're going to slide down and I get that but they were obviously too loose then he tells me one of the legs was off a bit but I've only taken them there for adjusting so maybe that was their issue. Prior to this, one leg had already come off and my husband was able to fix it. I've been wearing glasses since I am three years old and I never had a leg break off like that on any other pair I've ever owned, not even cheap sunglasses. I went here cause they had the frame I wanted but never again, going back to LensCrafters or any other place but this one. read more

I was referred to this place from a friend and decided to give them a chance at a mission that I honestly thought to be impossible. My wife had a favorite pair of Versace sunglasses that where practically destroyed. I actually thought that there was no way that these sunglasses where repairable. I actually should have taken a photo come to think of it while I'm writing this review....unfortunately I didn't. I actually thought I was on my way to buying a new pair for my wife. They could have told me that they were not restorable but they didn't ...Invision Optics resurrected them from the grave...The staff at this location was extremely helpful and friendly and most of all honest!!!! I went here after I was unhappy with an eye exam somewhere else. The exam went well. The dr is very nice and does a thorough exam. The equipment is not as advanced as other offices I've been too, for example there wasn't the machine that tests peripheral vision. But the dr did that test the old fashioned way (moving fingers), which seems to be effective. So I was pleased with the exam and would recommend. I had also brought a pair of glasses with me that I was planning on having them put lenses in. The glasses had glass lenses in them, which surprised them a bit and they told me that they needed to give me a warning that there was a possibility the frame could be damaged when trying to get the lenses out, since glass ones are tough to remove. Of course by giving that warning, it means they aren't responsible for such damage. So I asked the lady if she thought I should take them back where I had bought them to have the lenses removed. She said no, she felt since I was there and they could try to help me, so I decided to let them try. That was a mistake because pretty quickly part of the frame got damaged. She did stop right away and apologized that it wasn't something they could do. I ended up going back where I had bought them, and that woman snapped out the glass lenses by hand in an instant, and basically said anyone working with glasses should be able to do so. The frame wasn't able to be completely fixed so I'm stuck with the damage to some extent ( a nick on a couple of corners). I ended up having the lenses done at the place of purchase. I think they would be fine to purchase glasses there, and they do have a great selection, but I'm a bit put off by that experience. I just feel that if they weren't familiar with removing a certain type of lens, they should have suggested I go back where I got them to avoid any mishaps. read more

Outstanding service and quality! I have been a customer here for the past 5 years. Every time I have come, whether I am buying for me, wife,my 3 daughters or grandpa they have been exceptional . I have been buying glasses for over 40 years and they are by far the friendliest, attentive and value based optic store I have dealt with. When you go to the large retail chains you get what you pay for and no one cares there. Here I have had adjustments made 2-3 times with no questions asked and a smile to finish. I seriously love this place. Never used glasses growing up but hit "that age" and could no longer see my phone... Don't remember how I ended up at this place but I'm so glad I did. Full disclosure - I've only worn glasses for a few years and this is the only place I've been to for glasses but I can't imagine that most or even a few other places are as good as this place. I've gotten four frames there so far and when there was an issue with the prescription one time they helped figure out the issue (prescription was from my eye dr) and made a better suggestion that worked. They definitely have a high end selection (Chanel, Prada, etc.) and you can spend serious $$ there but they will work with any budget and have other options too. I think the quality and style of the products they sell are matched, or maybe even surpassed by the service though. The amazing ladies there are sooooo good at finding what looks good on you and they are, as is needed, quite patient. I haven't dealt with the male owner (forgot his name) for selecting glasses but I've dealt with him for other things and he's great too, super helpful. Most of all you get the feeling that going there and being a loyal customer matters and they stand by their products and will change anything including the prescription if it doesn't work for you (I think you have 30 days). You can go with a prescription you already have or they have someone there too who will examine you with an appointment. read more
