Dr Sara and Dr Tracey were both very patient and careful with me. Glasses took longer than expected to come in, however worth the wait. One staffer at Wyckoff seemed a little distracted, but otherwise both locations provided me with excellent care. Travis at MP and Rich at Wyckoff were also patient and acted like they cared that I got the lenses I needed. Each location also gave me a little bit of a discount on minor things - very appreciated, as they did not have to do this. They were helping her with kindness, just like they would do for their grandmother. I was answering questions as a new customer when the phone rang. She answered the phone and asked them to hold on while continuing to helping me. Then soon after, one worker came out from back and asked her to help the person on the phone, and she took the tablet to continue filling out the form for me.
