No one approached me or even acknowledged that I was in the store. the two employees spoke for a few minutes then one went in the back room and the second one was looking at her phone. another customer entered with her son, the employee at the table greeted them , offered to help yet never acknowledged my presence. I found glasses I liked but decided they weren't interested in selling to me so I left. I try another Store tomorrow.

When it came time to suggest glasses he told me NOT to get them until I dealt with my cataracts (first time diagnosis). My insurance company has been falsely billed, I have been falsely billed because this business has incompetent employees.
