Dr. Mann was very professional and friendly and gave my eyes a through examination. She found that I was wearing the wrong prescription and was able to get me a supply of lens with the proper correction for my eyes. While I was at Dr. Mann's office I also ordered a pair glasses which arrived at my office just one week after my exam. I would strongly reccommend Dr Mann to anyone who needs vision care.

Dr Feder has all new staff that was a joy to deal with. The whole office has been remodeled. And best of all he still sits and takes the time to do a very good and through exam including taking digital images of the eye to detect future onset of glaucoma much earlier. This always started with Denise and Leah and I can't thank them enough for the support they gave me and my family. In fact, believe it or not, I love that they collected the $15 up front for the visit. If I needed to change an appointment they always found a way to get me in that day. If you're considering a retina practice, you will feel comfortable starting with Denise and Leah. In this office procedure you see the tech person prior to seeing the doctor and when you enter the doctors office there is a tech person sitting there to wait for the doctor to come in and go through the examination. My experience with Sarah and Lulit has been fabulous, who are Dr. Woodward's assistants. As you are all aware in medical practice today you sometimes have to wait a certain amount of time before the doctor comes in to examine you, so this gives you time to talk to his assistant. In this case Sarah and Lulit have been very professional, have answered any preliminary questions I had, and helped pass the time before the doctor comes in to examine you. They both are very professional, make you feel comfortable and if you have any questions they answer them to the best of their knowledge. If you come to this practice and happen to get Sarah or Lulit you'll have a very good experience. Once again, the entire personnel staff that I was in contact with has been one of the best experiences I've had with medical issues in my life. Dr. Woodward is lucky to have them as his assistants and if you interact with them as a patient you will be very happy in the contact. My first experience with Donna and David was my first appointment after surgery for retina detachment. I had been to many ophthalmology practices and have met tech assistants and having David and Donna do my initial exam before I see the doctor has been the best experience I've ever had in an ophthalmology practice. Not only are they professional in their work, but the comfort that they give the patient that has gone through this ordeal is unbelievable. On a scale of 10 I give them both a 20++. They give you the time to ask any questions you may have. They answer your questions about the tests they perform on you. Most importantly, they provide the comfort of knowing that your eye or eyes have improved with every visit. This is very reassuring before you see the doctor. As for the rest of the team....worthless. This practice is owned by another business now. This staff does nothing. I was in to get my eye exam. I needed new glasses. I brought the frame with me. The tested me and sent the frame out. They told me the date it was to come back. Two weeks later I still had no glasses. I was told they would be there the following week. Next week I kept calling and asking. The individual to help did nothing. "Oh, they are coming" he said. Finally I called on Thursday and he said they were in the next morning. Of course, the glasses were damaged now he said. They did not have these frames so I would have to call where I got them in London. I said just give me the glasses back and I needed a refund. I went back the next day and he was gone. The glasses vanished. Everyone did not answer anything. I now need to call the insurance company to get the money back. This staff is terrible. The doctor was ideal. I will just find another doctor now. Maybe this company is as blind as a bat.
