I appreciate the gesture like that. We paid the remaining balance with cash, and then went on our merry way. We also was advised that if we had a problem, we can always stop in and they can adjust or fix if needed, which again i appreciate. Luckily so far no problems! Oh and just a side note- got a call on Saturday 11/30 about making sure that i got the text that my eyeglasses were ready, and while that is a good gesture, I had planned to come on Wednesday December 4th to pick them up. The main downside was the wait time. I was told it was due to the appointment before us running long, but it ended up being about an hour and fifteen minutes before she was seen for her exam. They did have a decent selection- seemed like their selection did get smaller, but that's just the frames that were on display on the front rack. What matters is both my mom and dad found pairs of glasses that they liked, and they were also a decent price too. I've been a patient of Dr. Pak for about 10 years now, and I find her to be the best ever. She performs two exams per year on me; one medical to assess the impact of the diabetes on my eyes, and one standard eye exam. She is thorough and highly professional; always explaining things in terms I can understand. No, we don't hold hands and sing Kum bah yah. That's not her function. She examines my eyes, explains any conditions, recommends any needed corrective action, and cordially sends me on my way. I should note I also find the entire staff at this practice to be friendly and efficient. Folks, I don't know about anyone else, but I have always found the attitude you display is a good predictor of the attitude you will receive.

I have been wearing progressive lenses for 15 years never had a problem. Finally agreed to redo glass but was repeatedly told they are correct and this is my fault - can you imagine. Got glasses tried them for a week still issues So decided just to get distance glasses forget progressive piece. Glasses grabbed out of my hand told to give receptionist my name and they will call when done. Basically dismissed by the employee. I asked if they needed to measure where glasses sit for best results was told "no they are just glasses and there is NO REFUND". So no money back for not getting the glasses prescribed by their Doctor Aka progressive lenses. My insurance company has been falsely billed, I have been falsely billed because this business has incompetent employees. Stay away, their customer service is nonexistent and they make you feel inconsequential and have zero customer service skills.
