Needless to say, they were very reluctant about the whole idea of getting and having to wear glasses. Peter at Cohen's was great. He put our girls at ease and spent considerable time helping them find the perfect pair of glasses to complement their respective face shapes. The end results were great looking glasses and girls that were actually now EXCITED about their glasses...all apprehension was gone! The prices were very reasonable as well. Upon our last visit we met a young man name Fareed. My significant other needed an eyeglass case. A few cases didn't fit my S.O. eyewear. Most sale representatives would have given up. Fareed went the extra mile to find a case that matched for my S.O. eyewear. I was impressed by his diligence, commitment and professionalism. I made sure I told him this we appreciated his service

Unfortunately, the office is extremely disorganized and indifferent to patient concerns. The doctor was abrupt and unkind. She told me I needed to follow up with another eye doctor for a more thorough exam but never provided a referral. I was also told I need reading glasses, yet no prescription strength was given--leaving me with no clear guidance on next steps. I ordered a six-month supply of contacts that only lasted three months. When I came in to address this, the staff blamed me instead of investigating the issue, suggesting I use a "better" contact solution--even though I use Biotrue, which is one of the top solutions on the market. The contacts consistently dry out, and no one took responsibility or showed concern. To make matters worse, customer service was rude and dismissive. I asked if someone can help me find oversized glasses like pick them out for me and it was met with laziness. The rep told me I'd have to go thru the glasses myself. Really? What happened to the days of reps helping you pick out glasses like years ago. Overall, there was a clear lack of accountability, care, and professionalism throughout my experience. Two thumbs down. I would not recommend this practice.

During the whole visit she had a man there not a customer or someone that worked there, but a friend. She would make a sarcastic comment about you aloud as if you didn't catch on to what she was saying and so I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. To top it off when the glasses were ready instead of giving us the glasses case that always comes with the glasses, ie., (you choose Anne Klein or Eddie Bauer frames- the case comes with their logo on it) she gave us a plain black & brown generic case that you could get at a dollar store which I thought was really weird and I felt cheated.

They can not call and get an update on when they will ship or what the delay is. Their best answer is "When they get here they get here". Recently, we ordered 3 pairs of frames for all of our family members. We were told a week to 10 days to get them. I called and was told they are in "finishing" status with the lab but they have no way to reach the lab or expedite the order. It was very frustrating to deal with after you made the purchase and paid.
