I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses from them back in the beginning of August. I had no problem getting a person to talk to me on the phone about ordering my glasses. I spent $400 on these glasses. I was told they would take a week to ship, it took a month, and only then did it ship because I called to remind them. Upon recieving the glasses, I realized the lenses are so lightly tinted, they can barely be considered sunglasses. I called to see if there was anything they could do about that, perhaps replace the lenses. It took a few emails and phone calls to reach someone. I was told they couldn't replace them since prescriptions are custom. I informed them that their return policy states nothing about not being able to return custom jobs, in fact, it states that you CAN return contact lenses, which are by their very nature, custom. The person told me they would check with the optometrist to see if it could be done, and I would get a call back shortly. That was approximately 40 days ago. I have since called and left numerous voicemails and emails, explaining that someone was supposed to be checking and getting back to me about replacing the lenses, I love the glasses, but the lenses are not up to sunglass lense standards, I would just like a yes or no whether this can be done. I got an email back a few weeks ago giving me a return authorization number, not addressing my question. You may wonder why I don't simply just return the glasses and shop somewhere else. Well, because of the customer service at this place, I'm honestly afraid to send these glasses back, for fear that I will not only lose the glasses, but then they may not give me my refund, and I wont be able to get in touch with anyone at this business to check on the status. They have a 14 day return policy, but because it was so difficult to get any response from them at all, the required return authorization number was not given to me until welllllll after the 14 days have past. I'm afraid they will deny my return, and I"ll be out the glasses AND the $400, and not be able to speak to a live person to resolve the matter. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which has not received any type of response from this business. The glasses at this company are for a great price, but if you have any type of issue whatsoever, don't expect to get it resolved.

I have been wearing progressive lenses for 15 years never had a problem. Finally agreed to redo glass but was repeatedly told they are correct and this is my fault - can you imagine. Got glasses tried them for a week still issues So decided just to get distance glasses forget progressive piece. Glasses grabbed out of my hand told to give receptionist my name and they will call when done. Basically dismissed by the employee. I asked if they needed to measure where glasses sit for best results was told "no they are just glasses and there is NO REFUND". So no money back for not getting the glasses prescribed by their Doctor Aka progressive lenses. My insurance company has been falsely billed, I have been falsely billed because this business has incompetent employees. Stay away, their customer service is nonexistent and they make you feel inconsequential and have zero customer service skills.

They confirmed that they do. I drove over 20 miles to the store and they tell me no we don't accept but we do give a 30% discount. The store owner apologizes that he gave false information over the phone. I highly doubt that this false information was not intentional. This is just plain gross disrespect for the consumer.

Unfortunately, the office is extremely disorganized and indifferent to patient concerns. The doctor was abrupt and unkind. She told me I needed to follow up with another eye doctor for a more thorough exam but never provided a referral. I was also told I need reading glasses, yet no prescription strength was given--leaving me with no clear guidance on next steps. I ordered a six-month supply of contacts that only lasted three months. When I came in to address this, the staff blamed me instead of investigating the issue, suggesting I use a "better" contact solution--even though I use Biotrue, which is one of the top solutions on the market. The contacts consistently dry out, and no one took responsibility or showed concern. To make matters worse, customer service was rude and dismissive. I asked if someone can help me find oversized glasses like pick them out for me and it was met with laziness. The rep told me I'd have to go thru the glasses myself. Really? What happened to the days of reps helping you pick out glasses like years ago. Overall, there was a clear lack of accountability, care, and professionalism throughout my experience. Two thumbs down. I would not recommend this practice.
