The main downside was the wait time. I was told it was due to the appointment before us running long, but it ended up being about an hour and fifteen minutes before she was seen for her exam. Which is kind of annoying because in the past I had a good experience here, and we want to keep having good experiences right? Anyways, Went here recently on Tuesday June 10th 2025 with my parents. They came here for eye exams, and to pick out new glasses. I came along for the ride to help them pick out frames. They were taken quickly and easily in the back for eye exams. The guy in the front was very pleasant and helped provide feedback to my mom as far as which frames looked the best, especially for sunglasses. They did have a decent selection- seemed like their selection did get smaller, but that's just the frames that were on display on the front rack. What matters is both my mom and dad found pairs of glasses that they liked, and they were also a decent price too. They said that glasses will be ready within a week, and within 2 days, they were ready to be picked up! Overall staff was very pleasant! highly recommend if your insurance covers it!

Glasses grabbed out of my hand told to give receptionist my name and they will call when done. Basically dismissed by the employee. I asked if they needed to measure where glasses sit for best results was told "no they are just glasses and there is NO REFUND". So no money back for not getting the glasses prescribed by their Doctor Aka progressive lenses. My insurance company has been falsely billed, I have been falsely billed because this business has incompetent employees. Stay away, their customer service is nonexistent and they make you feel inconsequential and have zero customer service skills.

I appreciate the gesture like that. We paid the remaining balance with cash, and then went on our merry way. We also was advised that if we had a problem, we can always stop in and they can adjust or fix if needed, which again i appreciate. Luckily so far no problems! Oh and just a side note- got a call on Saturday 11/30 about making sure that i got the text that my eyeglasses were ready, and while that is a good gesture, I had planned to come on Wednesday December 4th to pick them up.
