When I went to pick up the new glasses and was told there was a balance due of $78.00, I did not take them. She said the optometrist needed to be consulted and I'd hear back. The optometrist called me a few days later and began to argue, saying the former pair of glasses (2023) were the wrong price. He finished by saying he would throw the new glasses in the garbage. I was quoted a price and asked to pay $78.00 more, which I would not do. For that reason, their behavior was nasty and unprofessional.

The staff up front were helpful, honest, and friendly. My wife saw Dr. Goodman, who was great -- very nice, clear, patient, and honest. It was a really good visit with her. The main downside was the wait time. I was told it was due to the appointment before us running long, but it ended up being about an hour and fifteen minutes before she was seen for her exam. Overall, still a good experience and solid service, just plan extra time in case things run behind.

They did have a decent selection- seemed like their selection did get smaller, but that's just the frames that were on display on the front rack. What matters is both my mom and dad found pairs of glasses that they liked, and they were also a decent price too. I appreciate the gesture like that. We paid the remaining balance with cash, and then went on our merry way. We also was advised that if we had a problem, we can always stop in and they can adjust or fix if needed, which again i appreciate. Luckily so far no problems! Oh and just a side note- got a call on Saturday 11/30 about making sure that i got the text that my eyeglasses were ready, and while that is a good gesture, I had planned to come on Wednesday December 4th to pick them up.
