This store is horrible. Went to get my cracked glass screen replaced under my paid coverage. First time I went the guy said I don't see you having coverage for the phone. I explained how is that possible I have had insurance on the phone since I got it. So I went home and a few days later I called TMobile and they said yes it is covered and he said ill call the store please hold on. He called the store got back on the line with me and said no problem I spoke with them and you can go there anytime and they will replace it free under warranty. So i decided to go right away. When I got there the guy was rude as i told him you just spoke with TMobile right? He said yes and I said you can replace my cracked screen protector under warranty. He replies you have to wait and then I will check the system!! Wth!!! You just spoke to customer service and it was verified!! Ill wait but want to make sure this will get done! He says again I have to check the system!! Are you kidding me!! Long story short the employees are horrible there and don't know wth they are doing. Because I left and called the Spring Valley store with a world of difference. They checked while i was on the phone with them and said come down we will replace it. And i was out of their store within 5 minutes and a new screen! Too bad Pearl River is a nice location but you are wasting your time dealing with the morons there. read more

Online it says this store opens at 10 AM, and it also says the same thing on their glass window. However, when actually trying to enter as of 10:30 AM on a Saturday, it says they are still closed. We wasted time trying to get here and to see that they were still closed was horribly disappointing. To future visitors, be warned, and make sure to save your time going somewhere else. read more

I call tmobile the number provided and they do not pick up..disappointed with Tmobile when I needed them

3 , for customer training. I blame the corporation for this,just the same if a customer with a broken iPhone and looking for a replacement,would a knowledgeable young person not want to council an obvious ignorant older customer that she just picked the worst phone in the store? 3 stars for the friendly service, 1 for product. Now I have to get yet another cell. Please get a little deeper into the use and need of customer. Otherwise a pleasant store and very nice people read more
