Avoid this location at all costs. Their system is almost always down. They also have…read morequestionable/probably illegal sales tactics in which they dub the bundle deal in which they tell you that its a promotion for free accessories and that they would refund the charge and just ring up accessories before you consent. They also add services to your line (such as jump) without alerting you. It also took them over 3 hours to transfer data from one phone from another and even then data was lost. From visiting this store once, I spent over 3 days fixing the damages they've done to my t-mobile bill. I would not recommend doing anything at this store. I've been told that the person who rung up my transactions no longer work there and they were aware of her her sales tactics by saying something along the lines of "Oh it must be (Name), she's the one who would do things like this." They knew yet let this go on.
