My softball glove came apart at the index finger during my league's All Star game and became practically unusable. Sporting good stores said they couldn't fix it. I love this glove, so out of desperation (and because coincidentally the aforementioned girlfriend needed her shoes fixed), I brought it to Roma. The man took a look at it, said he had to think about it, and that he'd call me. He left me a message the next day (sounding very pleased). Sure enough, he fixed the glove. It's better than I hoped for and arguably better than before it broke. He's got some magic. Can't thank him enough.

The biggest hit was the jewelry box- a musical one with a little ballerina. When she opened the bag she said IT'S PERFECT. I also gave her a little necklace, tutu, and bear in a tutu. The service here is amazing! Parents come here with their kids to get everything they need for dance class. The staff are dancers, so they are experts at fitting shoes etc. They have shoes for adults too. When I sign up for a salsa lesson (which has been a goal forever), I'll buy my shoes from here. So far, I got a cute little box with bobby pins and hair bands for myself. Even if you live far, this is the place to go . Selection and service- impeccable!! ‍
