This place is a scam .I used to do business here when they had a technician on site.i went there…read morenot to long ago .to get a laptop fix .they told me to leave the laptop and the technician would be in in about 20 minutes. Come back he will be here I came back a hour later no technician was there .so they said give him about a couple of hours. Each time I came back there.there was no technician to fix the laptop on site .years ago they did have some one there .but dont waste your time going there.there also is no return policy. Buy at your own risk .even if you have a receipt they wont take it back. I had purchased a cheap tablet there brought it back because it didn't work . They said you could trade it for some thing that equals the price of the cheap tablet. What kind of sh.#t is that. It is not worth it I would definitely never go back to this place again

I brought my computer in to fix a shut down problem and he kept it for 5 days. I had to call him and ask him what was going on. He told me that he had my computer on for 5 days running and it did not shut off once. I picked it up paid close to $300. and brought it home. The computer shut down in 2 hours. I called him back and he told me to bring it back. I decided not to bring it back in fear that he would tell me something else was wrong and hit me with another charge. I decided to go to Geek Squad at Best Buy. Geek Squad informed me right away that it was a hardware problem and that it would shut down because it was overheating, so it shut down to protect the computer. This guy in my opinion is a thief and is looking for a quick payday. It's sad that this day and age you try to support your small neighborhood shops to keep them in business and they take advantage of you. What ever happened to honest working people that took pride in there work.

DECEPTION* I walked into Best Buy and noticed something different. A security guard grew me and asked how he might help me, I told him I was looking for a console game controller. He told me to go to the Television section. I'm thinking weird and odd. I specified again what I was looking for. He said I know, with full confidence and concluded with, they will coordinate with the gaming section and get you what you need. That quiet hesitation and umm told me he was blowing smoke. I can elaborate more on that but I'll curtail the details to advance to the next stage of this visit. TELEVISION SECTION* I am asking the same question about a controller. He says that's in gaming, I don't know why they would send you here. He pointed to the gaming section. I guess that coordination of the two sections is not going to happen. I told him that the security guard sent me here. The associate said, he's a new employee. I am tickled at this point. THE RIGHT SECTION* I am now looking at some controllers and headphones. Several employees walked by. No salutations or assistance offered. I was there for about 10 to 15 minutes. Something spectacular had just occured, a star employee came out of nowhere and ask if I needed assistance. It's amazing how other employees walked away from work, while at work, but Ms. Shannon stepped to the plate and strategicly converted this 1 star review into a 5 star review. Ms. SHANNON IS AMAZING. She help me pick out what I needed escorted me to the cash register, gave me her pitch on everything pertaining to warranties, membership, returns, credit cards, and more. Ms. SHANNON deserve recognition from the highest level. She did not avoid work, she faced the call of duty from beginning to the end of our interaction. I received a great value at a reasonable price and Ms. Shannon made me a happy customer and Ms. Shannon does possess the skills needed to retain customers.
