I highly recommend avoiding this company. My experience with them has been beyond frustrating,…read morelargely due to the unprofessionalism of the owner, Sason, who abruptly hung up on me while I was attempting to resolve an issue caused by their mistake. We initially ordered a sign based on a recommendation from Nati at Sign Expo, who assured us it would fit into the existing light box we had installed. After paying for the sign, Sason came to install it and informed us that it actually wouldn't fit. They then insisted we pay significantly more for a different sign that would fit. What was truly outrageous was that they refused to refund us for the first sign--the one they had recommended. Instead, they demanded we cover 50% of the cost of their mistake, on top of the additional money for the correct sign. We only ordered the original sign because they guaranteed it would fit. Had we known it wouldn't, we obviously would never have made that purchase. I spent over a month trying to get in touch with Sason to reach a fair resolution, and when I finally did, he agreed that we shouldn't be responsible for paying half of their mistake--yet he never updated the invoice. Ultimately, he stopped responding and hung up on me when I called and finally got through to him yesterday. I wish I could share images but we have no sign because they never installed anything. They happily took our money and refused to refund it though. Evidently, they are a boarder line scam like operation as the other negative reviews would suggest. Don't be fooled by their mimic branding of the reputable SignExpo.com, looks like they do this intentionally to mislead customers away from the other negative reviews about their service. Avoid this company at all costs.

He always fold the page tells me to sign without review of my documentation and I feel he has been dooping me for years. When I went in his office to ask for page 4 that says how much new jersey is suppose to give me back in taxes he refused because I complained about his new assistant giving me nasty looks.. I feel she was profiling me and I have a great career. So when I asked him for the paper work he denied it to me and he wasn't even attending no one. I asked him why and he shrugged his shoulders. So I told him I would contact my attorney and he said go ahead. So tomorrow I have an appointment with an attorney for a civil lawsuit against him. IRS requested the paperwork. And between you and me I think he has something going one with the new secretary!

Snap Delivery is a bike messenger service that I recently started using to deliver wine from my…read moreshop all around the 'hood of Williamsburg. Snap has exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Here's why: - Left a message to inquire and the organizer of this service, Hugo, came to the store to meet and discuss their services. - Hugo hooked us up with a delivery person that covers all the local restaurants in our area so we do not need to hire someone independently. Or he does it himself. Snap also offers messenger services around Manhattan and Manhattan to Brooklyn. - Messenger shows up within minutes of our calls to pick up outgoing wine. Customers have noted how fast and friendly they are. - Found us the best deal on printing our delivery postcards- $175 for 2500 cards- then offered to pick them up and distribute them around Williamsburg, Greenpoint and Bushwick. - When delivering cases of wine, the messenger opens his bag, put the whole box in, slings it over his shoulders, and hops on the bike. Say they can do this with up to two cases... ...oh, Snap! Color me impressed. pssst: Blue Angel Wines now offers free delivery throughout Williamsburg, Bushwick and Greenpoint. :)
