This is another true company who has your back as a client of theirs…read more When i called them out to spray my bee nest issue, they observed the area and we came together to the conclusion that we had already solved our own bee issue ourselves. They did address my mouse and chipmunk concerns as we had some intruders recently and as well they were able to locate exact access points and see an opening in use by a chipmunk. They sealed all of our concerns beautifully and cost efficiently. As well as covering our rodent concerns, they did a spray of our house exterior for any crawling insects, which is a 3 month durability and will protect against any insects trying to crawl in. We did see a centipede recently and the ants have been out and about recently with weather warming up. As well as them spotting carpenter ants in abundance, this spray resolved any concerns about these bugs wreaking havoc for a few months at least. Overall, the quote for the original service was great but unnecessary. The work completed was under the original service price and i ended the day with no pest concerns, and as a happy customer who the company listened to, explained and pointed out direct spots and how to move forward with various solutions. Highly recommended this company for all of your potential pest concerns and as i asked them, they do not harm any pests. Call these guys for your mice, mosquito, tick, bee/wasp or any other pest management issues. They handle it all with a smile and a bee suit if need be! Now, after all of this, the company is claiming my warranty is void because I had a new roof installed and did not notify them immediately. I understand if this was their first visit and I had forgotten to tell them but this has been an ongoing issue and it feels like an excuse to avoid taking responsibility. Started out excited--referred by Warwick Animal Control. Squirrels in attic. (We knew EXACTLY where…read morethese animals were getting in--observed them several times going through the roof side vents. Personal inspection of attic showed where they had chewed through flimsy screen that was there.) Initially service manager told me that they "do not" set traps in attic rather they set them outside. That was perplexing. Tech showed up (Michael) laughed when I told him what service manager said. Of course they set traps in attic-- which he did. The traps were there for 3 days, checked daily and even though I personally observed squirrels entering same vents--there were no catches. On the last day I had arranged for new vents with heavy gauge wire to be installed. In fact--this was done simultaneously immediately after Tech made last inspection and removed traps. We were disappointed after spending $325 (and $85 per catch) but felt confident that the attic was sealed and that this issue was resolved. It was not. We awoke today to hear furtive scratching and gnawing FROM INSIDE which meant a squirrel was trapped inside! Upon further inspection it was now discovered that the framing around attic entrance had also been broken by tech during his work. I called customer service asking about a refund...service manager responded arrogantly--requested to speak to owner--said he'd pass it on. 2 days later...Two calls into business today--no response. Finally a response from owner Jim Cardoza that was a total waste of time. This whole experience was a waste of time and money. UPDATE! Giant squirrel that was left in attic came down into my office and wreaked havoc. I attempted to collect it, but it jumped down, hit me in face, CUT ME and escaped back up into attic. I have video and pictures to post. It is still now trapped in attic! Contemplating going to hospital for rabies shots. Ugh!!
