We called the other Big company and they said they would be here in a week to write up an inspection report and then send someone out to remedy the issue. A week and that was only for the inspection! I requested a consultation of my unit (interior and exterior) due to mice and centipedes. I was told they do not help people in a multifamily home where the problem is only on one floor. I simply wanted an exterior inspection to see where the pests are coming in so my landlord can fix it. They still refused to help and refused to speak to me on several occasions. We started using Debug Pest Control this summer and have been very happy with their service and results. I don't love the idea of spraying pesticides, but we moved into our house and had a big carpenter ant and termite problem. Enter Debug! They have been great to work with and always show up when they say they will. My husband has also called them for a variety of reasons from more ants to a hornets nest. Both substances are highly toxic to cats, dogs and birds. Bifenthrin was banned in the EU for unintended environmental consequences and possible carcinogenic effects. A big mistake. read more

We started using debug about a month ago. We had a mice/rat problem due to one my neighbors having chickens. First let me say I've never in my life dealt with any company where everyone is pleasant. I called them they sent someone to my house with in a few hours diagnosed the problem and started the treatments to rid us of this problem. After the second bait station was installed they have been to my house twice the problem is gone I believe. I have a 1 year contract which I will renew. Beware when they offer you recurring visits, they don't explain properly. I was told that I would have a $38 charge every three months with a treatment instead I got a $38 charge every month and treatments supposedly to be quarterly. They say they're giving you $100 discount at the very beginning if you sign on for this it's totally not worth it and very deceiving not happy will not use them again. read more
