Contacted them to remove a wasp nest inside the house. Communication and payment was quick and efficient. Tech was friendly and knowledgable. Today (next day) no trace of living wasps. Will keep an eye out, but with a 30 day warrantee, I feel confident the problem is solved. read more

Kyle came on time, explained what was being done and why. Told us what to look for if a followup is needed And if there are any issues.

Debug has kept my house and yard clear of pests, including ants, mosquitoes, mice and ticks. One less stressful thing to deal with as a home owner. I also learn much from them! Highly recommend! read more

The technicians have been helpful and very knowledgeable but we ran into an issue yesterday when a gel bait was used indoors and not included on the report afterward. We have a 4 month old puppy who is into everything and started licking/chewing the baseboards near where ants were prevalent indoors. When I called, Stephanie was less than professional and seemed annoyed that I had concerns. No matter what I said, she dismissed me, argued at every turn, and didn't apologize until I told her how frustrating the conversation had been as a concerned parent. Even then, her apology was "I'm sorry ma'am. I do understand but like I said...." She just kept reiterating "Ma'am (condescendingly) baseboard treatment is standard with all of our visits." Mind you, we've never had baseboards treated before this visit. Treatment has always been on the exterior and they've only ever iterated that kids and pets be kept indoors. Stephanie said the stuff he was putting down inside was the same as what he put outside (bifen) when I called back this morning because my puppy was vomiting and refusing food. After speaking with Jose and describing to him (as I tried to do with Stephanie) what I saw the technician use, he said it wasn't bifen but was likely gel bait (not at all what is used outside.) I was going back and forth with the vet and DeBug all morning trying to figure out how emergent the situation was and when I finally was able to speak with Jose, he helped calm my fears and let me know what the product actually was and how the call should have been handled. I do appreciate his professionalism and approach to feedback from a customer. As I told Stephanie, I was trying to work toward a solution and share my frustration as a mom of young children and dogs. I am unsure if we will be continuing service because, although Jose handled things well, Stephanie is the main point of contact it seems and needs more training or a spa day before she interacts with worried customers again. The screenshot I've included is an example of how the phone conversation went as well. Weird (inaccurate) responses and entirely missing the point of what I was asking. For what it's worth, our puppy is alive and well, eating again and no longer vomiting, so that's a relief. read more

Professional, and friendly with great communication from the team. We. Signed up for the quarterly service for a year and feel they are reasonably priced. Kevin provided our service and explained everything both verbally and in the follow up email. Thank you. read more

Steve came to my home yesterday for a follow up. He did an amazing job. He explained everything that they had done and were going to continue to do relative to my pest situation. He explained all of the future options I might have but told me that I did not need to deal with any of those options at this time. He really helped ease my concerns. I would highly recommend this company. I have been a customer for probably 40 years, and they have never failed me read more

We've been using Debug Pest for a few years. We are very happy with the quality of their technicians. Anytime I have an issue. I called them and they are at our house within a day or so. It's also a pleasure calling their service line, you get to talk to a person that actually lives locally. When we are due for a quarterly appointment, they send you a text message and an email, but if that time and date does not work, they are very flexible to change it for a time that works for you. They are always pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Debug pest control. read more

Joe was very helpful in identifying an insect we found in our home the day before (reason for finding Debug Pest Control via internet search and their subsequent next day visit for a general consultation, inspection and interior/exterior treatment). Upon our request, he provided us with the Safety Data Sheets for the insecticides he used (out of concern for our beloved dog and a family of groundhogs living in our backyard). He was friendly, timely, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. read more

We had a yellow jacket nest in our chimney flashing, and they were making their way into our house. We called the other Big company and they said they would be here in a week to write up an inspection report and then send someone out to remedy the issue. A week and that was only for the inspection! I then found Debug. They came right out and remedied the issue. Our technician was pleasant and thorough. I took out a 1-year contract. We are now yellow jacket free. Not going back to the 'other' company. read more

Steve and Will are very professional and courteous . They take care of any pest problem I might have . Easy to talk with . Great job guys !

Charlie provided me with EXCELLENT critter blocking service. On his initial visit, he explained to me exactly what the service would entail, and showed me in detail how and where mice were entering my home. I learned a LOT from that. He also pointed out places I would never have expected. After I decided to proceed, Charlie showed up exactly on time on both days, texting me with his ETA each time. He also took the time to show me exactly how the rodent barrier was installed on my house, and how he took into account the idiosyncrasies of the build of my house. He is very personable, professional, and obviously knows his stuff. I highly recommend him read more

Kevin did a fantastic job! He was very courteous and informative. He went above and beyond what we thought we were getting. In addition to the ant protection, he filled our mouse bait traps. He also found a hole where the AC unit comes into our house and filled it. We were so happy with the service we received. Highly recommend. read more

jose came out the very next day that we called in our problem. He called when he was on his way to let us know, and he was on time. He explained how the process worked, made recommendations and didn't try to hard sell us with any extras. He let us know what add on services were available and we made decisions based on what he told us. The price was reasonable and the service they provide goes beyond our expectations. We've dealt with other pest control companies over the years and always felt pressured by the oversell tactics they use. Not this guy. This is a no nonsense, reputable and quality business. read more

I requested a consultation of my unit (interior and exterior) due to mice and centipedes. I was told they do not help people in a multifamily home where the problem is only on one floor. I simply wanted an exterior inspection to see where the pests are coming in so my landlord can fix it. They still refused to help and refused to speak to me on several occasions. Very poor customer service and they should specify that instead of making people wait for answers. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

Bill is a very informative, friendly and professional person. It's a pleasure doing business with him. I highly recommend him at DeBug. Thanks Nancy read more

We started using Debug Pest Control this summer and have been very happy with their service and results. I don't love the idea of spraying pesticides, but we moved into our house and had a big carpenter ant and termite problem. Enter Debug! They have been great to work with and always show up when they say they will. My husband has also called them for a variety of reasons from more ants to a hornets nest. The only thing I wish they would do which they don't is remove all the spider webs from around the house. read more

Keith was our technician today and he was excellent! He made sure to cover his shoes when entering our home and informed us about everything he was doing. I highly recommend Debug and Keith! read more

We originally called Debug to take care of a hornets nest in our garden wall. We signed up for a service package to come back periodically and spray for insects and bait trap for mice. They successfully got rid of the bees nest and have been back for the second service to spray our foundation for insects and reload the bait traps. We are happy with the services and the professionalism of Keith the service technician that is taking care of our property. In my conversation with him he is polite and explains what he is doing. I would recommend Debug. Thank you, Brian read more

Logan has been treating the exterior and interior of my home for the past 2 years. His knowledge, customer service and patience in explaining everything he is treating go above and beyond. My ants and other flies have decreased significantly since Logan has started. I would highly recommend for any Pest Problems. Thank You read more

They are very polite, respectful punctual their technicians are wonderful especially Bill

Company was engaged by our tenant for organic only ant & tick treatment. One application was done successfully, however the second application was with One-Guard and Bifen. Both substances are highly toxic to cats, dogs and birds. Bifenthrin was banned in the EU for unintended environmental consequences and possible carcinogenic effects. A big mistake. read more

Excellent work. Scott was very knowledgeable and able to explain everything he did. We learned a lot we never knew.

We started using debug about a month ago. We had a mice/rat problem due to one my neighbors having chickens. First let me say I've never in my life dealt with any company where everyone is pleasant. I called them they sent someone to my house with in a few hours diagnosed the problem and started the treatments to rid us of this problem. After the second bait station was installed they have been to my house twice the problem is gone I believe. I have a 1 year contract which I will renew. Also the price is very affordable for what I get in return. The techs I've had at our house are in short fantastic they know exactly what there doing there pleasant informative. For anyone looking for a pest control company look no further this is the right company with the right employees the right products and the proper respect for every customer. Needless to say I highly recommend debug for any service they provide. Thank you to everyone at debug that we have dealt with read more

They called to confirm the time of our appointment and were right on time. THe pleasant and courteous tehnician did a home inspection and recommended that we not spray at this time. He could of recommended spraying and charged me, but instead, gave me his honest, professional opinion. Punctual and honest was pretty rare for me. I would highly recommend them. read more

Called about bee removal and they had someone out for me the same day! Alex called to find out the specifics of our problem, so he would be well-prepared upon arrival He also texted before he was coming and was so communicative. Very happy with the prompt, friendly and competent service! Will recommend to friends. read more

Beware when they offer you recurring visits, they don't explain properly. I was told that I would have a $38 charge every three months with a treatment instead I got a $38 charge every month and treatments supposedly to be quarterly. They say they're giving you $100 discount at the very beginning if you sign on for this it's totally not worth it and very deceiving not happy will not use them again. read more

Chris did treatment this quarter and service was consistent with Debug's standards. their service people never rush and are happy to share info on what they observed. Chris is also friendly and polite, another common trait at Debug. But mainly I'm happy there have been no issues since we began service five years ago. read more

The day of the appointment they were late so I called and the girl in the office which I talked to multiple times told me that I didn't confirm. She then connected me to Adam who I spoke to the day before giving me different price quotes and at the end of the conversation I confirmed the time again.I guess Adam didn't like our conversation and he cancelled me. He stated that the company wasn't a good fit and "GOOD LUCK" finding a new one. Totally unprofessional. Would not recommend this company at all. read more

I have used Debug for 9 years, and I highly recommend them. They eliminated my sugar ants, yellow jackets, and termites. The technician, Tim, was incredible. He explained every aspect of the procedure. He even took apart the termite apparatus to show my curious 10 year old son how it works. He was considerate, smart, and friendly. He even moved a pile of wood that I had close to the house to prevent future damage. I was thoroughly impressed. read more
