Cameron came out on an emergency call for a mouse issue and provided exceptional service. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our home, located and removed five dead mice, rebaited the traps, and inspected the exterior, where he found two holes that appear to be possible entry points. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and professional and did not rush the visit at all. We were so impressed with his service that we would love to have Cameron as our regular technician going forward. He is an asset to Guardian Pest Control! read more

We hired Guardian to treat our brand-new apartment for ants. Unfortunately, the technician used equipment that had not been properly cleaned, causing the spray to leave drip lines and stains all over our freshly painted walls, the floor, doors and cabinetry. To their credit, they returned and attempted to clean the damage, but they were unable to remove the stains. They acknowledged that the damage was their responsibility and agreed to pay for the apartment to be repainted. Months later, despite repeated follow-up, we have still not been compensated. It's incredibly disappointing that a company would admit fault, promise to make things right, and then fail to follow through. Accidents happen, and I understand that. What matters is how a company responds. Unfortunately, Guardian's customer service after the damage occurred has been far more frustrating than the original mistake. I cannot recommend a company that does not stand behind its commitments. read more

Much appreciate the responsiveness and care that's gone into treating my unit for cockroaches. Their technician, Chris, thoroughly inspected the place and answered all the questions I had. They're attentive, respectful and easy to work with. Many thanks!! read more

I have the quarterly plan. It's well worth the $130 my Neighboorhood is full of mice which is so annoying, and guardians always keeps my bait stations full and they even check all my traps. A few times I've smelled a mouse and I find their traps are easy to locate, vs the previous company I used which was like a game of his and seek and. I couldn't ever locate the traps. We have had Mike come the last few times and he's a really kind sweet guy who goes over everything in detail and honestly I think he goes above and beyond. The service also includes spraying for ants and stink bugs and I have significantly seen less of them inside since we started with them. Honestly I'm very happy, they're easy to get in touch with and reschedule and they let you know when they're on the way. Highly recommend. read more

Justin came yesterday for treatment of carpenter ants, he was very respectful and explained everything in detail, would highly recommend this company for any pest control service reasonable price. read more

I called this company years ago and was charged 500.00 dollars for a guy to come put some traps up. It was so overpriced to this day my husband will not let me use a pest service. He couldn't find entry points where rodents were getting in but saw gaps around piping and told me I should seal it. It was just unbelievable I should have called the head of this company to report this. That's crazy my friend hired a pest service for what I paid and they sealed all holes inside and outside her house. I just felt like I was robbed. read more

I used Guardian back in November 2025. The first time they showed up, they were actually early and thorough with their process.. They scheduled another appointment about a week or two after. The technician was supposed to show up anywhere from 9 to 11 AM but did not show until after 12:30 PM. I used PTO time that equates to over $150 at my work that is now lost due to Guardians error. All I received was a "sorry" from their call center. If Im running a company and there was an error on behalf of the company. I would do better than just a sorry. If the shoe was on the other foot, then I would've been out money. I take it professionalism is a thing of the past. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about this family run, small business. I've been using Guardian for a few years now and they are the best pest control company I've ever worked with. The customer service is friendly and prompt and the technicians are always knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Jonathan is particularly good. I have monthly services to keep my rodent and insects problems under control. The plans are affordable and have been working well. I highly recommend!!! read more

Answered quick and have a expert out within a day. Very knowledgeable and professional!

Our experience was great! As first time home owners, we have never had to deal with mice before. Jacob explained the whole process to us and was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He had such a passion for his work which really made a difference!! Suzanne was also great to work with when making appointments - great experience all around! Thank you! read more

Where to start? Guardian is a family-owned business, so you're not going to get the corporate steamroller treatment here. They're honest and have a great bedside manner on top of that. Eric came out for an estimate and was incredibly personable and incredibly transparent regarding the process and pricing. He showed his expertise, too, when diagnosing the problem and discussing its prognosis. They work very fast, too, scheduling estimates and treatments close to one another. Honestly, don't bother calling around - just go right to Guardian, a company that, I think, sets the gold standard for the industry! read more

Danny was very professional and customer friendly. He covered all area where we saw bed bugs.

I only write reviews for truly superlative service...let me expound...Quinn is an exceptionally thorough and knowledgeable technician. I'm taking so much time now to write this because I'm so impressed with his youth and the way he carried himself it blew my mind, he's so young and he is such a pro! Very impressive! but also what I appreciated so much was his calm demeanor.  He seems like a nice chill guy, calm and rational...(trust me you need someone like that when you've been assaulted by pests the past 48 hours!!!)  Long story short i had an amazing experience with Quinn from guardian - Thank you so much Quinn!  Lexi Mihailides read more

I ordered service from these clowns. The day of the appointment, the tech never showed . He sent a text to management an hour after he was supposed to be here stating he was sick and could not show. Guardian had no back up person to come in his steed. The second time was a reschedule for a week later. Again no one showed and to boot no notification was given from them. On the bottom of their contract paper depicting prep instructions there is a clause, " If you do not cancel at least 24 hours ahead of the appt, you will be charged a non-refundable 50.00". But what does the client get for no shows? Now almost a month after the initial request for service, I found a notice upon my door that they will be coming to treat my apt. But I had enough of the no shows and it is a lot of work to empty out all closets, cabinets, drawers, etc, to risk another no show. If I had my way, they would be shut down or at least sanctioned for the no shows. read more

Guardian Pest Control is the best! We have used them two different times and each time they were professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. read more

Great company! They are quick to respond. Their rates are reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of having guardian pest control service my property. They identified and resolved my termite infestation. This major remediation was executed flawlessly. They truly care and show attention to detail. They took extra time to explain what needed to be done and provided pre and post walk throughs. The remediation involved drilling and pumping solution around the perimeter of the property and direct spraying of highly active areas. I had the pleasure of having the management team onsite, the two gentlemen were down to earth and not afraid to get their hands dirty. With Guardian Pest control you are more then just a customer, they treat you like family. Thank you guys! We are forever grateful. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but Guardian Pest Control has this one coming!! I called several places to get an estimate to eliminate our sudden mouse problem. From the very start, with Angela the phone elf the service from Guardian was prompt and highly professional, the "other guys"... not so much. I was given a quote immediately and had an appointment booked for later in the afternoon of the same day. Tyler and his trainee Tanner arrived 37 minutes into their 4 hour window, so VERY prompt. They were clean, polite, professional and quick. They surveyed the house, told me what they were going to do and did it, answering my questions (lots of them) every step of the way. I was so impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and customer service that, immediately after they left, I booked a recurring service to ensure this never happens again, and before you start rolling your eyes (I see you, yes you in the back!) nobody tried to sell me this service on top of what I already paid for, I asked if they had it available. My dogs immediately went through the house and back yard sniffing everywhere Tyler and Tanner went, including where Tanner sprayed repellant around our foundation, no ill effects. They assured me their stuff was pet safe and in fact my dogs aren't even interested in it. Guardian Pest Control is the real deal and has a customer for life! read more

Today we received an outstanding service on our residential community from John. Upon entering the management office John arrived with a friendly and professional demeanor. After introducing himself and the company he went over expectations for the day and the treatment plan that would be most effective for our community of 175 units, in great detail. John serviced 15 units efficiently and communicated well with residents about their upcoming treatments. Once the service had been completed and John surveyed for trap boxes around the perimeter of the community, he returned to the office promptly to wrap up his service notes. John was very thorough in not only explanation but documentation, which has allowed our management team to address the community and their questions about treatment confidently. He really gave us all the peace of mind that our last contractor could not provide. We are looking forward to a successful year ahead and eradication of all of our pest concerns with the help of Guardian and their team of experts. We would also like to thank their sales rep Patrick for creating a treatment plan for our community, he was knowledgeable and energetic. We could not recommend them enough and wish we could give 10 stars! Thank you! read more

I used Guardian for some large black carpenter ants and some termites in some wood stumps. Called on a Saturday 10am, they were at my house by noon, bugs were gone in hours!!!! I would recommend, and I will be using them again. Awesome customer service Chris read more

One thing I like is a business that can give you a price over the phone. Another is when it's the right price, which I know because I comparison-shopped. The biggest name in town wanted over $100 more, and in my opinion, there probably isn't anything one place knows about pest control that others don't. You can pay a lot for a name, or you can pay less and get the same service, and maybe better. Eric was personable and professional, easy to work with. Good communication, and got the job done. Definitely glad I called this company and of course, I recommend them! read more

We ended up with bed bugs and our landlord hired Guardian Pest Control to exterminate. Patrick was great!!! Very professional and I trusted him in our home. This would've been a 5 star rating accept that the email correspondence with one of the managers wasn't the best. There were supposed to be 2 weeks between treatments and we had to wait a month which caused my home business to lose hundreds of dollars. Then there was confusion about whether or not there were 2 or 3 treatments needed with different managers communicating different information. read more

I've used Guardian for 15 years for pest control at my home and rental buildings. They are always prompt and knowledgeable and do a thorough job. Just as importantly, they are able to relieve the tenants' concerns by relaying information in a calm and practical manner. When I explained my ant problem, the person on the phone described the process and gave me an up-front price. I will definitely call Guardian again if I need bug removal. read more

I'm so happy with the service from Guardian. They worked with my very strict schedule and we kind and courteous each visit. They respected my home and the work was exceptional! Jason from Guardian did a great job tracking down and eliminating our mouse problem! The little buggers ate holes in my fleece jackets until we called Guardian. Our cat is elderly and retired, apparently. Jason taught us a lot about preventing mice, explaining everything he was looking for, and even came back twice to get access to our covered foundation before he gave us the final clearance and guarantee. He found numerous entry places there! read more

Professional, friendly, reliable and successful in controlling mouse, roach and bed bug problems at our apartment complex (multiple units). Before I hired Guardian, I was hesitant to go with poison for the mice problem we had, thinking it would kill the mice inside the walls and create smell and dead mice everywhere, pet hazards etc. But whatever they did made the problem go away without new one surfacing. Beyond that they gave good tips on preventing those pests from coming back, so far so good. It was nice to work with someone who has an outcome in mind and knows what they're doing, and is not afraid to share expert tips. Definitely my go-to company for extermination. read more

Great job, pointed out where wasps were going in and out around our deck window and he applied the proper agent to kill off the wasps.

We couldn't recommend this company more! After redoing a deck last year we were informed there was termite damage & we found guardian pest control through a friend. They have been SO helpful in the treatment and incredibly reasonably priced compared to the competitors. We just had our yearly inspection to confirm termites are not present and there's no new damage and they were just as precise as last year ensuring everything is perfect. Eric is honest & dependable so check them out anytime you need help! read more

From the moment you call them to get a quote till the moment they come back to check that their work is working, this company is the best! The lady on the phone was so sweet and accommodating as well as professional and knowledgeable. We then got a quote from Patrick who took the time to give us a lesson about this issue and we never felt rushed even though we had a lot of questions. They were extremely honest about our situation and we appreciate their transparency. We had mice activity as well as carpenter ants. We got their quote which was a fair price and went for it. We couldn't be happier. Both problems have been taken care of and they stand by their work. It has been a pleasure working with guardian and we recommend them to anybody looking for pest control. read more

Fast, easy, honest, and reasonably priced. I had an ant problem that I didn't want to get out of hand, and called Guardian for quick and reliable service. Great Pricing, great service and they stand behind their work. Guardian Pest Control (Eric and his father) exterminated bedbugs effectively for 3 apartments in our 3-unit property in Providence. They did everything exactly as explained and eliminated the issue as promised. They even came out an extra time at no charge to accomodate a tenant's schedule. Their pricing is drastically cheaper than Orkin and Terminix -I paid about 1/3 of what I was quoted by Orkin and Terminix. They also did all the work for me where Orkin and Terminix require that you handle the prep work. Lastly they did not try to intimidate us by making the problem seem bigger than it was (definitely a tactic used by terminix). They are reliable and conscientious! Nice guys too, what a pleasure! read more

What a refreshing group of people at Guardian. I had them out last year to treat a small outbreak of carpenter ants on my patio and again this spring for carpenter bees (which I had never encountered before). They were not patronizing, they explained treatment, thoughtfully had me stay indoors during application outside and followed up by giving me a "buzz" to make sure problem was solved. I had used the big blue bug folks at my prior home and always felt they were taking me for a ride. Maybe because I was just a number to them. With Guardian, you feel like you are a valued customer. read more
