Thank you for making it such an easy process. Leo came by the same week, was patient, personable, listened to my concerns, put traps in the hot spots, and sealed some holes outside the home. Being renters, I knew there were certain things they wouldn't be able to do, but I still really appreciated the service and the 90-day warranty. I know the mice aren't completely gone yet, but we definitely don't hear the same noises in the kitchen anymore. Again, I appreciate the help and I'm hopeful the follow-up visits will fully resolve the issue. Thanks!

Outstanding Service, Fair Pricing, and Veteran Approved!…read more This is my second time using Zofia Exterminating Services, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! After investing in having my foundation repointed and my basement waterproofed, I was absolutely shocked and disappointed to discover a baby rodent inside my home. I immediately contacted Zofia, and George came out the very next day with his son. What impressed me most was their thoroughness. Rather than simply putting down bait and leaving, George and his son carefully walked through my home, investigated the problem, and discovered openings between the top of my foundation and the wooden structure of my house. They showed me exactly where the gaps were, filled them with foam, and baited the house. Almost ten days later, I haven't seen a single rodent! Not one! I especially appreciate that they went beyond simply baiting. They made a genuine effort to address the entry points. I understand that foam is not necessarily a permanent masonry repair, but George and his son did everything they reasonably could within the scope of their work. More importantly, they showed me the problem areas so I can arrange permanent repairs with a mason when appropriate. I also want to recognize Leo, who serviced my home last year. He was equally professional and honest, explaining that some of the foundation openings were too large and needed proper repair. I appreciated his honesty then, just as I appreciate George and his son's dedication now. And here's something else that deserves special recognition: Zofia offers veteran discounts! As a United States military veteran, I sincerely appreciate businesses that recognize and honor those who have served. George provided excellent pricing and extended a veteran discount, which made an already outstanding experience even more meaningful. It's not just about saving money. It's about feeling appreciated and respected for our service. It's refreshing to find a company that takes pride in its work, treats customers with respect, and genuinely tries to solve the problem rather than simply scheduling another treatment. Zofia Exterminating Services has earned my trust and loyalty. I feel safe, comfortable, and completely satisfied with their professionalism. Five stars, without hesitation! Zofia has my personal seal of approval as a proud United States Airforce Gulf war veteran. Outstanding service, fair pricing, genuine integrity, and appreciation for veterans. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I really appreciated the time he spent inspecting everything and his willingness to be honest when he couldn't find a problem. That level of integrity is rare and deserves recognition. And at that point, no one thought this was a simple DIY project -- what, were we going to smack it down with a baseball bat and run for our lives?!? But we didn't want to use any toxic chemicals -- we have a small dog and there's a daycare right next door with little kids always running around in the yard just downwind. Thankfully there were a number of pest control companies in the area, and when we reached out to several, Green Planet Pest Control responded promptly, answered all our questions, and were able to schedule something within a day or two. The guy who came out to our house wore appropriate protection gear, and got the job done without any toxic chemicals that would've been bad for our dog or kids nearby. He also advised me on what product to get (a fairly pleasant-smelling natural spray with peppermint oil) to keep spraying in the area if I saw any return buildup, that would dissuade the wasps from sticking around. Would 100% recommend.

This review has nothing to do with hiring the company for services but an aggressive driver in a…read morecompany vehicle and the astonishingly unprofessional response I received by 3 members of NWPC when attempting to report the incident. While driving the speed limit, I noticed a vehicle traveling too close behind me. He then cut over into another line of traffic, accelerated by me and aggressively cut me off.. only to end up in a line of traffic waiting for a light. The maneuver was abrupt enough that I was forced to hit my brakes to avoid collision. The driver then proceeded to chastise (laughing and pointing) at me from his rear view mirror. While waiting for the light, I took a few pictures of the vehicle, license plate and driver's face. Believing the company would want to know how its employees behave while representing its business on public roads, I called to report. What followed was an extraordinary display of disrespect and unprofessionalism. On my first call my concerns were directed to sending an email and I would have left it at that but then the male staff member laughed as he hung up the phone. I called back to speak with a manager and spoke to a female who while agreeable to my complaints, continued to talk over me the whole conversation but made note that "John" would call me back which he eventually did. I explained the dangerous driving incident again to John and the treatment I had received by phone call. However, what followed was anything but reasonable. After we talked briefly about the incident, he admitted he would look into the situation and said he would need to review his record to determine if anything like this had happened before (reasonable) however, barely giving it any seriousness. I picked up on this then simply asked if I should follow up at all on the matter, John's attitude then immediately became hostile and confrontational. He proceeded to make hypothetical explanations for the driver's behavior. That he would have no idea "if he had a personal emergency going on or perhaps something had happened with his wife" if he hadn't had a chance to talk to him yet. What? He didn't even know which driver this was yet. These were entirely speculative scenarios offered without any apparent knowledge of the circumstances, while I was attempting to report an actual dangerous driving incident that the operator felt was comical. Based on the fact, the driver was laughing in the mirror it did not seem any emergency was going on but a juvenile dangerous driving maneuver. After John made his potential justifications for the driver's behavior, when I was trying to tell him the license number, he repeatedly spoke over me, cut me off, and ultimately hung up on me. I said nothing back because I was dumbfounded. I find it deeply concerning that someone in a management position (or potentially higher than that) would respond in this disregarding manner. This tells me everything I need to know about this company. I was not asking for compensation or expecting an immediate resolution. The dismissive, defensive, and ultimately disrespectful response from management and team was entirely unacceptable.
