This team did an amazing job this past fall and winter ensuring our neighborhood squirrels found a more, shall we say, natural place to settle down and raise a family, versus our attic space. :-) Highly recommended if and when you need their help! read more

reached out to them as I needed a wasp nest removed. They never bothered to get back to me. Won't call them again. read more

Jeff is the best... he has been to my home several times and has come up with many solutions to solve my pest problem. Fingers crossed I think the issue has been resolved completely due to Jeff's diligence and thorough attention to detail. Pleasant and professional, and conveys a very calm attitude. Favorite line was when I mentioned how this issue has weighed heavily on me and he said don't let it because it was his problem now! Best line ever for a stressed customer! I very highly recommend Assurance Pest and Jeff Killian. read more

Found this company while searching Yelp, we were pleased with the service. The tech was knowledgeable and all aspects of service exceeded expectations. Nuisance squirrel made it out safely and never returned. read more

Absolutely excellent service in every way! No more nasty rodents in or around my garage! MAN, I HATE THOSE DESPICABLE CRITTERS! Thanks to Brian and Assurance, they're GONE! read more

So far a good job. They've been here three times. Initial, follow up and quarterly. Nice are gone. Ants under a bit more control. Good staff, explaining things and being thorough. Quarterly fee is 200. Fyi. Cheaper in other places I know. But they got results. read more

Technicians have been incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable -would definitely recommend. Had them over a couple of times to look at a minor mouse problem, which is just about completely resolved now after only a few weeks. They were thorough enough to patch up a large number of potential entry points, and also noticed an additional termite problem behind some drywall in our garage that we are very glad to have caught early on. read more

I called them, and they were able to give me the best options! And we're very polite about talking to me about the pest issue as well. I did not need service from them, but they were great with their telephone service. if we had went with them, I think they would've done a very great job with being helpful towards our situation. read more

Unfortunately they couldn't give me any information until the came for a $95 inspection. Having a toddler in the house I would really need to know what type of spray treatments they use inside of my house for my problem but they wouldn't tell me anything without forking over $95 for an inspection. Not very informative or helpful if you want to be involved in the process. read more

Timothy was great. He went through and filled all the holes and was extremely helpful and friendly. We still haven't had our follow up but based on the customer service, I would recommend this business. read more

Knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. Brian did great work. He was very thorough in his explanation of what was to be done and even showed me pictures of what he did. I will not hesitate to call them again if needed. read more

We thought we might have bedbugs in our home. Assurance offered to come the next day to perform an inspection. They searched the place top to bottom and found the culprit: carpet beetles. They were 100% courteous and professional, and their inspection saved us hundreds of dollars on unnecessary treatments. I'll definitely call Assurance the next time I have a pest problem. read more

I had problem with carpenter ants in one spot in window. No one was available for a week or two and wanted to do the whole house, at a very expensive cost. So, I did it myself. I purchased necessary products at the hardware store and did it myself. Immediate success. No need to hire expensive and heartless professionals, who take advantage of desperate homeowners, especiially senior citizens. read more

These folks have been great about responding to my messages right away and able to come quickly soon after. They've had to come three times this summer to keep the ants away from my house, but they always show up and the work is still covered under my original payment. I appreciate their willingness to keep after my issues and find them very easy to work with! read more

We had a pest problem for yearssss I'm located on the Chelsea/East Boston border and with all the construction going on we thought getting rid of them was going to be impossible. We had tried all types of traps.. However we noticed a decrease in activity after the very first visit. I love that the service comes with warranty. We used the warranty and had to call someone to come back a few times. Turns out we needed to replace our basement door, where most of the critters were entering from. The woman that came out to our house (I forget her name) she was awesome and always so patient/kind. I highly recommend this company. read more

The service person (Eric) was polite, professional, and thorough in his work. And the cost is reasonable.

These folks are super responsive and professional. The service person who performed the site estimate and subsequent work was very nice and diligent as well. I really appreciate his willingness to have me tag along and ask questions so I could help maintain deterrents for pest intrusion. Rather than pumping poison, these folks look to eradicate intrusion points. Knock on wood, so far, it's been successful. Other pest companies just do poison, Assurance Pest Solutions helps stop the entry to begin with. Highly recommend. read more

Great communication and experience for both booking and performing inspection. Thank you!

From the start I liked doing business with Assurance They called me back same day, gave me a quote And before I knew it they were here Two really great guys explained everything and got right to work Be back in 3 weeks to check I highly recommend Assurance Pest Control read more

Very good service and communication! Get the job done fast at reasonable price. Highly recommend! I requested a quote online and within one hour had the description of the service , a clear pricing and an appointment scheduled for the upcoming days. Fred is very responsive and flexible and the person in charge of the spraying was on time, meticulous and friendly. Top service all around. read more

I woke to a mouse in my room at 3am and ran to yelp. Assurance responded really quick at 6 and were very responsive! They sent someone over at 10am. Joe was really sweet and informative. He came in, did a full scope of the house. He informed us on what he say and his plan. He found the the entry points from outside and sealed them off. He placed traps and bait stations around the home. He told us what we should expect to see in the next few days and weeks. I'm excited to know they will be returning in 3 weeks for a follow up. read more

These reviews are legitimate. Worked with Eric first on the appointment which was ladt minute and Joe at property level. We need to understand things and joe was great with explaining what is really going on in our new home purchase. Detailed and professional. This is the only company we will trust with our extermination needs. Thank you Joe and Eric. You will be our home exterminators. read more

Last week, Assurance came the same day, when I called them in a panic! This morning, Joe and Bryan came back. We have squirrel activity in my attic. They were professional, SO knowledgeable, empathic and just awesome!! Joe talked with me for a bit about the process and what he would do. He really calmed my nerves!! They both went on the roof and were fantastic with starting to help my problem. I really appreciate them coming out so quickly and being so nice, professional and understanding. I would recommend them because they were great!! They really seem to enjoy their jobs and truly want to help their customers. Kudos to Joe and Bryan! please thank them for me!! read more

We had Eric come out for an inspection and he was great! Quick and super efficient. He also gave me a few pointers for our home, as a first time home owner his advise was greatly appreciated! Mike came out and sprayed inside our basement and outside our house and also did a great job! Would highly recommend Assurance! read more

Assurance Pest Solutions is extremely thorough of their quarterly visits. Their technicians are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and really work hard to solve your problem. Assurance is very easy to work with. They always answer their phone, are quick to schedule, and even suggest follow up appointments when needed. They are more expensive than other companies, but you get what you pay for. read more

No worth the money not working on the problem just asking for more money every month for a job to be done or at least a little. Ask for references before signing a contract. Nobody guarantees in this type of service. Protect yourself and do research read more

Fast response, fair price and great work. No issues needing to get up on ladders (as it was a bit high up) and took care of the wasps in one visit. Would definitely use again. Thanks! read more

Fred was excellent on pre-visit phone call. Great communicator. Very reasonable price. Tech shows up without notice as promised. I was not at the property. No email confirmation for appt was received. At least give a 15 min heads up...I called the tech shortly after a missed call, ~10 min. No answer. Tried 3 times to reach out to the tech. Texted the tech too. No answer. Mix ups happen with scheduling. But Assurance should have techs that are responsive to calls/texts. Ended up dealing with the rodent situation myself. read more

We've been using Assurance Pest solutions since this past June, and we have been very happy with the company, its services, and especially its staff. Their technicians are exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. We had a rodent problem which the Assurance guys "diagnosed" almost immediately, and came up with solutions that were right on target. Best of all, we no longer have a rodent problem, thanks to Assurance. read more

Painters discovered wasp nest and stopped their work. Called and Dave came SAME DAY!! Thoroughly eliminated nests and stayed to be sure they were gone. We found Assurance by word of mouth and I am so glad we did. I cannot say enough about this company and particularly Dan. They have been back and forth to our 3 family home about 4 x's now and we are seeing results. I have been so freaked out and Dan always makes me feel better. He is kind, empathetic and he knows what he is doing. He does not rush and makes sure he is being thorough. Thank you Assurance and Dan... Your the best!!! Kathie read more

I had a bedbug scare (who in Boston hasn't?) and hired these guys to come inspect. The owner was prompt and courteous when I requested a quote, and the technician (Eric) who did the inspection was very knowledgeable and thorough, taking time to explain what evidence of bedbugs looked like and tell me exactly what he was looking for as he was inspecting. Eric also advised that services using bedbug-sniffing dogs can be absolutely great, but very much depend on the dog, the handler and just what kind of day the dog is having. Fortunately I was free and clear, so didn't require any more of these guys' services, but with how knowledgeable and thorough they are, I'm sure they'd be great! read more

I've been having a mouse problem over the past few months, perhaps because I have been stocking up in the pantry. In any case, I hired this company and they were quick to respond and put someone on the books for just a few days later. Fred arrived precisely on time, outfitted in PPE, and was extremely professional and courteous. He laid traps and bait throughout my house, and sealed cracks and gaps where they were necessary, even going on top of my roof and into my crawl-space attic. 10/10 would hire again. Customer service is clearly important for them, even in spite of the pandemic, which says a lot. You don't get 5-star reviews in huge numbers like this by accident. read more

Other pest control companies just sprayed the foundation and left. Rob inspected the frass and determined the area needing specific treatment inside the garage. He sprayed and deposited gel and bait stations in that area. He was responsible about spraying the exterior -- delaying while it was raining, but then when the rain stopped, he checked that the foundation was still dry and only then proceeded to spray. read more

We suspected that a squirrel made a home in our attic. Assurance Pest had a great approach to handling our squirrel. From scheduling the initial assessment to follow up and guarantee for 6 months, we found working with Assurance Pest highly professional. read more

Our usual pest control company said they would need over a week to come out to help us with a problem we saw as urgent, so, based on all the positive reviews of Assurance Pest Solutions, we called Fred. He understood our situation and helped me understand more about it, then he explained our options clearly. After we chose the approach we wanted, he sent Dan there in a matter of hours. Dan arrived exactly when promised and was courteous, friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing in careful detail and, as far as I can tell, ten days later, took care of our problem completely and made a couple of additional suggestions for the future. Everything about the experience was positive. We are going to say good-bye to our usual pest company and sign up for Assurance Pest Solution's regular (semi-annual) service. I just read this back to myself and it sounds like a paid advertisement, and I suppose there's no way to prove it isn't, but I'm not a marketing guy or Fred's brother, I promise. I'm a teacher, so I like writing and I'm always happy to praise people who do things well, whether they are my students or people out in the workplace doing their jobs well like Fred and Dan. read more

Needed to have rodent remediation and treatment for carpenter ants to satisfy inspection results while selling our Hopkinton property in September. Assurance was easy to reach and schedule. Eric came out for the main inspection and treatment-- incredibly friendly, walked us through everything he was doing, and even aided in making sure his notes on our file aligned with the wording we needed to satisfy the inspection. 3 weeks later Bill came out for the follow up (included in the price, as well as a 6month warranty!) and was also very courteous and informative. I highly recommend Assurance if you're looking for timely response from friendly professionals who care about a positive customer experience! read more
