Amazing service! I called and he said he was between jobs so could swing by in 45 minutes. He showed up, checked out the issue (paper wasps that were building homes in my deck railing), and treated the situation right then! I went from calling someone to being wasp-free within an hour!! The service was affordable and I really appreciated how quickly he did the service, was professional, and informative! He guaranteed the spray for 90 days, so if there are any issues within that time frame, he will come out and respray for free. Great find on Yelp! Thanks!! read more

I called our API after having swarmers entering my mud room earlier this summer. They were quick to come out and address the problem. When I realized I was still having some remaining swarmers after our initial treatment, I reached out to API & they were happy to come back out and treat the area again. I am happy to say the issue is fully resolved now with no activity since may/june. Would 100% recommend this company for your pest needs. read more

I feel very relieved and happy that I used Advanced Pest Innovations, located in Spencer, MA. (I live in northern Rhode Island.) I initially looked at companies nearby, and then I decided to look at Advanced Pest Innovations. Yelpers gave him very positive reviews. Steve is a very nice, normal, down-to-earth individual. He listened to everything I had to say, and he answered all my questions. He explained the process in simple-to-understand detail and also left a printed sheet with more information on it. I like that he did not speak "down" to me. He seems to be a very intelligent person and a caring individual. The price, imo, was extremely reasonable because he sprayed outside and inside my house. If Yelp allowed 100-stars review, I'd definitely give this company 100 stars! read more

Flexible scheduling. Arrived punctually. Seams to have solved our rodent problem. Slightly disappointed they did not clean up animal droppings that were found. read more

This is another true company who has your back as a client of theirs. When i called them out to spray my bee nest issue, they observed the area and we came together to the conclusion that we had already solved our own bee issue ourselves. They did address my mouse and chipmunk concerns as we had some intruders recently and as well they were able to locate exact access points and see an opening in use by a chipmunk. They sealed all of our concerns beautifully and cost efficiently. As well as covering our rodent concerns, they did a spray of our house exterior for any crawling insects, which is a 3 month durability and will protect against any insects trying to crawl in. We did see a centipede recently and the ants have been out and about recently with weather warming up. As well as them spotting carpenter ants in abundance, this spray resolved any concerns about these bugs wreaking havoc for a few months at least. Overall, the quote for the original service was great but unnecessary. The work completed was under the original service price and i ended the day with no pest concerns, and as a happy customer who the company listened to, explained and pointed out direct spots and how to move forward with various solutions. Highly recommended this company for all of your potential pest concerns and as i asked them, they do not harm any pests. Call these guys for your mice, mosquito, tick, bee/wasp or any other pest management issues. They handle it all with a smile and a bee suit if need be! I want to note they were very pleasant to work with as well and went above and beyond to meet my specific timeline and needs. Living in New England, weather makes scheduling outdoor work a little difficult for companies and clients. When a company tries to help a client and goes above and beyond to keep trying to resolve the weather interrupted scheduling, you have found a trustworthy and honest company. Highly recommend! Thank you again! read more

Nice people, prompt and thorough. An absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

Great work removing a paper wasp nest. And the pro (one of the owners) who came out was personable and helpful.

Steve was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Reasonable pricing and walked me through everything. Definitely knows what they're doing and prompt and clean service. Steve was very kind and did not try to upsell me or any shenanigans. Just honest and good work. 10/10. read more

Steve was GREAT! He immediately calmed me down! Bc I initially freaked! First he sent me a prep sheet to prepare the room before he came. Then he personally came to my home and exterminated some very nasty insect pests. He also offered great advice! I'm so glad I went with him rather than a national competitor that began with "O." Pricing was reasonable. I pray to God that we were both successful long term! read more

API is great! Luke is responsive, prompt and knowledgeable. His treatments are effective his prices are unbeatable and he's a super nice guy as well, patiently answering all of my questions. I highly recommend API! read more

I had a wasp nest in my car and had already gotten stung. It was very painful! On top of that my car is being towed (needs repairs) tomorrow to my mechanic. I spent a lot of time to find someone...most didn't answer phone and didn't call back. NONE of them did hives in vehicles. I called API yesterday and Luke came to my house today and took care of it. He answered the phone on my first try!!! Truly professional and the fee was very reasonable. I cannot recommend API enough!!! Thank you fot your kindness Luke, Cheryi read more

I reached out through Yelp Projects and got an immediate response with a proposed action plan and price estimate (it helps a lot if you are detailed when making a project so the business can evaluate it). The service appt was scheduled quickly, traps were added, cracks filled, and the whole process was explained to me fully during a walkthrough. Price came in exactly where expected with a simple link I could use to pay by card. Great experience. I'm signed up for some ongoing trap checks and walkthrough to be sure we are good to go. Thank you! read more

They are very flexible and friendly. We haven't had any persistent pest problems since we hired them to do the basic monthly service.

Luke was very kind and professional. He took the time to explain exactly what the service covered and addressed all of my concerns. Looking forward to working with API. read more

Responsive, fast service, reasonably priced compared with other quotes. Would recommend!

We found Advanced Pest Innovations via Yelp. I reached out yesterday, and Luke was here today to address our yellow jacket problem. Communication was clear and direct (both before and during the appointment). Luke was on time and worked efficiently. Prices were transparent and adjusted based on our specific issue. read more

Excellent service, thorough assessment of a pest issue, informative, great communication, courteous of my home (wore shoe covers which was a plus) and solved the problem on the first visit!! read more

These guys are great. Normally I deal with bugs and such myself, but my basement was suddenly overrun with ants and the hardware store poisons weren't cutting it. They came out and put strong yet pet/child safe poisons out. Ants absolutely gorged on the poison and were GONE after about a day and a half. They also put a bunch of mouse traps all over the basement at no extra cost, enclosed in boxes where appropriate so the pets or little ones don't get hurt. They show up when they say they will, and they follow up later to make sure the job is done. Which is huge, and blew my expectations out of the water. Proactively refreshing the poison even after the ants had cleared out. Couldn't be happier. Oh yeah, and they're a lot cheaper than the national chains that don't actually do very well and just bill you and try to upsell junk (you know who I'm talking about). Thanks guys, you're awesome. read more

Extremely thorough inspection. They found a few issues that my former exterminator who I hired and paid for a year totally missed! They built me before they were even down the street. One area was a gaping wide hole! Kind patient and very well priced and they also offer exclusion work! I think I finally found as I said the right maintenance. For whatever reason they are in Westbrook field I don't know. It seems to be there's always chickens roosters and other animals involved and other places that suffered damage. Been 2 years without droppings. I won't take a chance on that changing I really look forward to working with these expert exterminators read more

Awesome company! They were very responsive. Came when they said they would. Did a thorough job in my daughters condo, explained the issues he saw and the treatment plan. She had an issue with an occasional mouse. They found what they believe was the entry point, sealed and treated several areas then added some baited traps that were put in small carboard boxes so that they would not be visible. :) They do followup on their work and were VERY reasonably priced. Highly recommend! read more

These guys have gone above and beyond so far to help us with our mouse issues. By far the best pricing, super responsive and able to help us on a regular basis for any pest issues. Highly recommended. read more
