He arrived on time to the non-emergency appointment scheduled a couple of days after my initial request. Sean was very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and took the time to answer all of my questions and to inspect bugs that I had never seen before. To my absolute horror, he confirmed that my house indeed had termites and that my c.1890 fieldstone foundation was allowing mouse entry. For a small business, the prices are actually a little more cost effective than larger extermination services. The termite treatment lasts 10 years and is transferable. Pets and my disability were taken into consideration during the initial, specialized treatments for termites, spiders, and mice. Because the house could not be "bug bombed" and certain areas couldn't be treated, he returns every 3 months for monitoring. He notifies me a few days beforehand to let me know when he'll arrive and always takes the time to answer any questions. If you're ever in need of an exterminator, Swat Pest and Wildlife is definitely the one to call!

Started getting the same tech explain some problem issues which was blamed from everything on bad paint to I don't know. Again your time maintenance plan. They missed a lot of stuff such as the whole leading directly to my cellar. An area where paint was peeling I took off the electric plug cover. Was filled with old nesting material. I really should be demanding a refund. I paid before they got down the street. All I ever got was a piece of copper mesh I asked for a couple traps was never given anything. No exclusion. Last tech was very nice but at that point the bait boxes were never changed. Finally found another . No visible droppings in my home. Due to neighbors with animals I have to hire a full-time exterminator. On interviewing new ones the exterminator found the droppings in the bait boxes which I've moved away from my home. That is a lot of money spent for nothing? I did get a deodorizer bag for any type of smell for a closet and a piece of copper mesh and that's it. It was pretty pitiful. Total waste of time money Woman in office very nice that answers the phone all the time the other one as I explained to her what was going on in my house she says that sounds nothing like any type of rat it was everything about any type of rat! Crazy awful service!

I have been using Dave's for many years and, until now, I have never had this issue. I, too, had the same problem with the phone scheduling, after they canceled due to rain. We went back & forth with at least 5-6 calls before I finally got confirmation of another date about two-three weeks later. Last week during a routine lawn fertilization visit, Rob knocked on my door to let me know he spotted early bug damage in my backyard. He pre-treated the area immediately and let me know someone would follow up. The very next morning, Louis arrived after doing a full lawn assessment. He treated the area again, explained what had caused the damage, and even pointed out some thinning areas in the front yard that they would also take care of -- no extra charge! The following day, Jake and Jon showed up and spent half a day going the extra mile. They hand-dug and reseeded the bug-damaged spots, hand-raked and aerated areas with heavy thatch, and even offered to seed a large bare area where I had previous sinkholes. I didn't even have to ask -- they just cared that much about getting my lawn healthy! Every team member I interacted with -- Rob, Louis, Jake, and Jon -- was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. They kept me fully informed at every step. And the best part? All of this was included in the regular lawn care package I had already purchased. Fixing this myself would've easily cost more than my entire annual plan! I had a nasty Yellowjacket hive. In my attempt to deal with it myself I got attacked. I called API and they came out within an hour and a half on a Saturday and removed the entire thing including treating the area to prevent return visitors. Price was very fair especially on such short notice. The technician was very pleasant and did a great job. I would highly recommend API for any pest issues. read more

Great people and great services! I discovered pests in my car and called a few places that said they would not treat cars. Someone recommended API so I gave them a call and they came out the same day to treat my car! I called Advanced Pest Innovations to take care of a hive of yellowjackets over my back door. They came out and sprayed a foam around the area, and explained how the foam works. Within 5 days the yellowjackets were gone. read more

Their product worked for us, and they always did an amazing job...that is until they made a mistake, had an accidental spill of their product, and refuse to take responsibility. Back in mid-May they came to my home and did their first tick and mosquito spray of the season. While they were at my home, some of the product they use to spray our yard spilled in our driveway and left a pretty big stain that still smells, 7 weeks later. The day after this happened, I reached out to Mark and he told me that the rain should wash it away or I could hose it down. He never once came back to look at it until the next treatment 3 or 4 weeks later. When he came back in mid-June, we showed him the spot and asked how we could get it up, and he very matter of fact said. "That spot was not made from us," even though the stain was not there when they arrived back in May, but was there when they left. According to Mark, it was a delivery truck who may have spilled oil. We had no deliveries that day, except the delivery of their product. The spilled "organic" product is now starting to eat away at my driveway, creating a hole. Secondly, to try and prove his point that it could not have been their product, Mark decided to purposefully put yet another stain on our driveway, a circle maybe the size of a baseball. He said the rain would wash it away. Almost four week later and after a ton of rain, that stain has also not gone away. He NEVER asked for permission to put this product on our driveway, and did so on purpose to prove his point. All he did was prove himself wrong, that his product does not dissolve like the thinks it should. So here we are with a huge stain that still smells on occasion, and a smaller stain too. Our driveway is starting to disintegrate in the area is the spill, so My husband has tried to get the bigger stain out scrubbing at it with soap and water, and although it has lightened some, it has not gone away! On a very hot day you can still smell the product they use on our yard. I have several witnesses who were in my house and can attest to the fact they were the ONLY ones in my driveway on this particular day, and not to mention, the smell is pretty hard to ignore. The most upsetting thing about this is we are so disappointed that they will not take ownership or responsibility for their mistake. It's a shame because they seemed like really nice guys. We will no longer be using them or recommending them to anyone, as they are not honest, and we have lost all respect for them. Pictures of the two areas attached!
