Jeremy came today and walked me through the whole plan, was super informative, and sealed up areas in the attic, basement and garage to prevent the mice and spiders from getting in. Set-up traps inside and out and even took a small brook with extension to remove any spider webs he found. NO ONE showed up for the service and when I called the office they had no idea about it! No one has come around to check the mice baits and fall is the time that most mice seek warmth inside homes. I signed up for full mice and other control and am finding dead mice in my basement. The lady on the phone who services all the calls could not care less about how horrible their service is. They are absolutely the worst.

After spending 2 days on the phone, I called Orkin, out of Georgia. They booked me immediately and the super bee manager or the world Dave out of Wilmington MA showed up within the hour. He provided exceptional service. Very neat, very polite, a positive personality, extremely respectful, highly knowledgeable, and kept at my roof until every last bee/hornet/wasp died. He told me to check back in 24 hours. I did and not one single bee/hornet/wasp could be found anywhere. Dave will be my first call if I ever have another invasion anywhere on my properties.

Cons: - There use a call center in India to troubleshoot issues. These call centers have no ability or knowledge to solve issues. - They essentially only offer pest control services, extremely limited on there ability to solve pest issues when they occur. - There techs are not allowed to use ladders... this means all treatment and solutions are services by 25 foot poles or control arms. Service Experience Review: We have a hive of Hornets growing under a panel of our exterior roof. This panel is located on the first floor of a ranch style home. The only solution Aptive techs are allowed to use is spray a toxic chemical on the exterior of the house in hopes the worker hornets bring it into the hive to kill the colony. It's been 3 weeks and the hive has continued to grow, the chemical has had minimal effect. The company, based on there policies, are not able to provide any solution to this and has advised me to find another exterminator to solve the issue. The techs are knowledgeable on what needs to happen, but the company prevents them from doing it. As mentioned in the cons section, if you're looking to pay 75-100 a month on preventative service that is rarely fully effective, this company is decent cause they show up on time. While you're locked into the contract with them, if you require actual service to remove an actual infestation, they may be the worst company I've worked with.
