He listened to everything I had to say, and he answered all my questions. He explained the process in simple-to-understand detail and also left a printed sheet with more information on it. I like that he did not speak "down" to me. He seems to be a very intelligent person and a caring individual. The price, imo, was extremely reasonable because he sprayed outside and inside my house. They did address my mouse and chipmunk concerns as we had some intruders recently and as well they were able to locate exact access points and see an opening in use by a chipmunk. They sealed all of our concerns beautifully and cost efficiently. As well as covering our rodent concerns, they did a spray of our house exterior for any crawling insects, which is a 3 month durability and will protect against any insects trying to crawl in. We did see a centipede recently and the ants have been out and about recently with weather warming up. As well as them spotting carpenter ants in abundance, this spray resolved any concerns about these bugs wreaking havoc for a few months at least. Overall, the quote for the original service was great but unnecessary. The work completed was under the original service price and i ended the day with no pest concerns, and as a happy customer who the company listened to, explained and pointed out direct spots and how to move forward with various solutions. Highly recommended this company for all of your potential pest concerns and as i asked them, they do not harm any pests. Call these guys for your mice, mosquito, tick, bee/wasp or any other pest management issues. They handle it all with a smile and a bee suit if need be! I had a massive bee, wasp, hornet invasion on my roof of a 3400 sq ft house. So I called every exterminator company within 50 miles that shows online as open 24/7 and handles emergency bee removal, no one would either answer the phone or come out. After spending 2 days on the phone, I called Orkin, out of Georgia. They booked me immediately and the super bee manager or the world Dave out of Wilmington MA showed up within the hour. He provided exceptional service. Very neat, very polite, a positive personality, extremely respectful, highly knowledgeable, and kept at my roof until every last bee/hornet/wasp died. He told me to check back in 24 hours. I did and not one single bee/hornet/wasp could be found anywhere. Dave will be my first call if I ever have another invasion anywhere on my properties.

I emailed TDHP on a Friday late afternoon and received a call from Kyle within a couple of hours. He came and set up his trap capturing what we thought was the lone skunk. We soon realized there was also a litter of 5 kits. Kyle was back and forth for another 3 days with great success. Once the skunks were removed, he instructed us on the best way to animal proof the underneath of the shed , which we have done, eliminating a big source of stress as well as reclaimed our back yard.
