He worked around my hectic schedule and completed the inspection right away (while my little ones were running around causing mayhem!). He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and took the time to take pictures, found and repaired the problem areas around the house, and handled the animals in a humane way (finding we did have mice/bats in the attic). While he was inspecting the property he also found and removed a wasp nest. I highly recommend his services! While being reasonably priced, flexible and thorough he is also an experienced pest control specialist! Plus, we are now pest free! Thanks, Matt!

A neighbor recommended Matt and after just a week we see a HUGE decrease in activity and it is clear he is actually fixing the problem by eliminating the entry points instead of just trying to keep the population at bay with bait traps. We've been customers of Southern NH Pest control for several years now…read more Back a few years ago, we had an issue with termites. They had gotten into the wall between the two garage doors. The folks from Southern NH Pest control came in and treated the property, and we haven't seen a termite since. We signed up for their monitoring program. They put containers with wood that is yummy to termites around the house, and check it a number of times a year for termite activity. If they find any activity, they treat as necessary to ensure the problem does not get into the house. We've been pleased with the service. We had the opportunity to use them one other time when a bee colony managed to get into the wall between our garage and our kids bedroom. You could hear the bees humming in the wall. Our kids were afraid to go into their room. We called Southern NH Pest control and they addressed the problem.

After searching online for the pest control service which is required by section 8 inspection for…read moremy property in Malden, I reached out to one service called Leakeas Exterminating located in Dracut mass. I gained confidence after the phone conversation with Mr. Louie Leakeas as he kept telling me that how good their reputation is among their customers, and how honest they are. After negotiating the price of the service, I set up an appointment with Louie for them to come on September 27(Fri.) at 12 noon to my property, I told Louie that the inspection from Section 8 will come to check on Monday Sept. 30 and I diffidently need to get this extermination done before that. But when I called in the morning of the service day on Sept. 27 to confirm the appointment, Louie told me that they are not going to come because they don't agree with the price. I asked him why he didn't tell me so when we set up the appointment and why didn't he called in later to tell me they want to cancel and he insisted he called 3-4 times this week, but could not reach me, which is completely false. I checked my cell phone carrier At&t telephone log during the time from 9/23 to 9/27 and I don't have any incoming calls from either his cell phone number at ***-995-5327 nor his business number at 800-964-8086 or (978) 957-2220. Very unfortunate this is my experience for using the service from Leakeas Extermnating, I understand that if they disagree with any of the service terms. they can cancel in advance, but they should not make up a false story. Furthermore this delay made me lose the time to find other extermination service elsewhere to meet the requirement of the section 8 inspections on time.
