Chris and Andrea are always prompt to respond to our calls and any questions, and are clear with any info or instructions we might need (like how long to leave the house for when they spray). We've had them out to help with ants, mice, yellow jackets, and wasps and have seen a massive difference. Chris was also kind enough to show us what steps we could do to help us seal parts of the house to prevent things from entering. He's crazy knowledgable about every little creature! We love that they're a local company that we can recognize the faces of. And, they stand by their work -- we had a massive yellow jacket nest in our soffit removed, and three weeks later they were back (or so we thought).
