Do not waste your time with ANY other company! This past winter Mike and Anthony came to our very old home to treat for a pretty severe mice problem. I had no faith that it would be resolved very quickly but I watched as Mike trained Anthony, placed bait and sealed problem areas and explained the process to us every step of the way. We did not see a mice after 72 hours and haven't since! We recently discovered that after a neighbor took care of a pest problem of their own, those pests decided to move to our home. I highly recommend Pro Pest Control. I emailed for a quote late Friday afternoon before Easter to have a dead animal removed from my property. I heard back from Mike within minutes with a very inexpensive price and was told he could arrive within the hour. I asked if a check was okay he said that was fine He arrived 30 minutes later. He removed the animal and warned me about the backyard smell. I had cash and had added a tip he refused to take and he then discounted the charge because I paid cash. This company responded very quickly and came out the next day. The representative was knowledgeable and professional. I was convinced that the damage on our shed was from termites but he assessed it and told me it was from a carpenter bee. I'm sure other companies would have tried to profit from my mistake (treating for termites would have been very profitable but they made nothing by telling me it was a bee). He gave me several recommendations that were low cost and that we were able to do ourselves. I've started noticing an ungodly amount of yellow jackets inside my home, in the last two weeks I've killed about 20. I called Pro Pest Control and Mike the owner came to my property within 2 hours. Fortunately there are no active nests or point of entry he could find. He advised during late summer and fall is when they are most active and could have gotten in through a crack/window. Unfortunately my property has all of the elements these yellow jackets love, so I've unintentionally been attracting them. I was contacted directly and immediately by the owner, Mike, and he set up an appointment for one of his consultants, Mr. Rivera, to come to my home the very next day. I walked Mr. Rivera through my house showing him where I thought the mice might be getting in. So I have to say, I called pest control for a Bee issue. There were bee hives on my children's swing set. I contacted Pro Pest Control because yellow jackets had found a way to enter the area between a window and the vinyl siding. Mike and his partner were there the next day, found that there were at least 100 of them inside the siding, entering in two locations, and took care of it in less than 30 minutes.
