They then offered me spray for the yard to control ticks and mosquitoes, signed up and paid, and then took them three weeks to be able to get something scheduled to come out and do the work, had to threaten to cancel before they would come out. Had a couple of glitches with misinformation regarding when and where they spray, but continued to move forward. Have one technician who is absolutely amazing, shows up when he says he's going to does the full service, but recently had a different technician who was supposed to be doing my yard application, only sprayed the perimeter of the house and the perimeter of my deck, never went into the backyard and actually sprayed the yard or the fence line. Do you have cameras and it was recorded. Went out front to speak to him and he was already gone, had come and gone from my property and under 12 minutes. Contacted customer service who is all but useless and there was a bit of a language issue on their end so eventually after about 30 minutes, I asked for a supervisor. Was told no supervisors are available but one would call me by the end of day the woman took all my information and told me somebody would call me back. No one called. Called them back a week later because I was out of town and they told me they completely understood the issue manager would call me back or I could cancel and get a full refund of the $99 fee as well as a prorated for my quarterly in-house treatment. No manager called me back. Called again the next day and was told they would cancel my service with no cancellation fee, but they would not refund any money unless I wanted to send them all of my phone logs and the video proving that nobody called me back and be the technician didn't do the work. He claims he did. I asked why they didn't ask me for me that when I originally called and they said they didn't know. Ended up canceling all my services and would highly recommend nobody use them, first of all their management does not call back and lies about it and second of all their technicians with the exception of one or two are scam artist they pull up in front of your house and then they leave without really doing too much.

The tech was awesome and so patient and calm with us in a scary situation, plus we have pets in our home. They will be our source for all pest control for as long as we or they remain in the area!!! He takes the time to explain things, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. He's also just a great person. On his last visit, he had finished up and was heading to his truck when he spotted a stunned baby bird sitting in the middle of the street. Without a second thought, he stopped to help. They were supposed to come once a month to check for pests and deal with them. Unfortunately, they do not seem to have enough techs to service all their customers. They "cancelled" the second monthly service without informing us. When we asked when they would be out to spray for ants they said we were not covered for ants. This is not what we were told when we spoke to the salesman. For $175 a month you would expect the most destructive pest would be covered. I can't recommend this company.

We have put everything food away into bins and we are very careful about what we're leaving out. Even down to the food for the dog has to be put away. You definitely do not get what you are wanting with this company. If you want dollar traps from the dollar store then you have come to the right place. Every single one of our traps has broken and the mouse is able to get out. They say they will be back. They don't come back for weeks and they don't even bring the stuff. We have never had a problem with an exterminator before but this one is something else. If you have dogs they don't really care because they'll leave those traps everywhere
