They immediately responded to our request, and set up an appointment for the following day to perform an inspection. During the inspection, they determined that the noise we heard that we thought was coming from inside the walls may have been an animal scratching the outside of our house, because there were no signs any animals were getting inside the house. We had wildlife traps set up in our house from a previous mouse and squirrel intrusion a couple years ago. The Pro Pest specialist inspected those traps and determined they were still operable and didn't need to be replaced. After his review, he determined that no services were necessary and didn't charge us for his inspection. He could have easily ripped us off and pushed a service on us that wasn't needed, but he didn't. I recommend using Pro Pest Control Service if you want a good, honest service and prompt response time.

So I called every exterminator company within 50 miles that shows online as open 24/7 and handles emergency bee removal, no one would either answer the phone or come out. After spending 2 days on the phone, I called Orkin, out of Georgia. They booked me immediately and the super bee manager or the world Dave out of Wilmington MA showed up within the hour. He provided exceptional service. Very neat, very polite, a positive personality, extremely respectful, highly knowledgeable, and kept at my roof until every last bee/hornet/wasp died. He told me to check back in 24 hours. I did and not one single bee/hornet/wasp could be found anywhere. Dave will be my first call if I ever have another invasion anywhere on my properties.

They were supposed to come once a month to check for pests and deal with them. Unfortunately, they do not seem to have enough techs to service all their customers. They "cancelled" the second monthly service without informing us. When we asked when they would be out to spray for ants they said we were not covered for ants. This is not what we were told when we spoke to the salesman. For $175 a month you would expect the most destructive pest would be covered. I can't recommend this company.

We have been around and around, almost canceled service and was talked back into another chance to make it right, having a manager come out to personally look at everything etc. I was initially shocked to see the near perfect review but then remembered after a manager coming out and making lots of promises, asked me to go on and give 5 stars. Luckily I did not as the problem was not resolved. And nothing has been changed in our services. They keep refilling bait in traps as they have been doing from day one. Because this company doesn't actually close any access points into the home, the mice can keep getting in and I've realized this essentially ensures to continue giving them business to supply the bait to kill the mice that keep coming in. After calling other pest companies I know see they will try to seal the access points to avoid any entry to the home. I have been trying to call to cancel service for THREE days and have yet to receive a call back. Overall I can't say that I have seen significant results. While the traps they set have likely killed many mice, we still have droppings in the same high traffic areas in our home. I would not recommend them.
