After hearing noises in my fireplace, I had another pest control company come to my house to check it out. One person came, stayed for 10 minutes, then told me he couldn't do anything to help me and that I should let the squirrels in my fireplace flue stay there until they left on their own or died. I got a bill for $100 from them the next day (which I'm disputing). I then called Eastern Pine. Ty and Tanner came and not only removed all 7(!) squirrels, they also cleared out the nest on my damper, then climbed the roof and removed the fireplace cap, took it off and cleaned that out, then put a temporary barrier up to keep the squirrels from coming back!! They came back a week later to reinstall the cap. And they did all this for an incredibly fair price. Ty and Tanner are knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I recommend them to anyone needing help with pest control without any reservations. read more

We've been using Eastern Pine for years now (mice). They're super knowledgeable, personable, and reliable. So hard to find someone like that in the industry. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new service provider. read more

We've had a great experience with Eastern Pine Pest Control. They are extremely professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They quickly took care of a carpenter bee issue we were having, and since they've been servicing our property we haven't had any pest problems. It's clear they know what they're doing and take pride in their work. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable pest control. read more

I had EPPC come out last year. New to exterminators, but I was desperate and they had a lot of 5* reviews. They charged me $900 up front which I thought was odd - but I didn't have a lot to compare it to. It didn't go well. After 2 visits I was told they didn't think I had mice. The company refunded some $, but I was still in it for several hundred and I still had mice. When the 3 months were up I moved on. I lost faith in them and was stunned by what they offered for the price they charged. Up front. Several months later I have mice. It's freezing cold and there is so much snow. I tried to tell myself they were coming in from the cold, but I now hear them in places there is no food. When I found one had eaten bread I was storing in my oven, I phoned another exterminator I'd used a couple of years ago for another issue. They did not charge me up front. And for 1/3 the cost of Eastern Pine they offer the same services. read more

I was recommended to Eastern Pine, I was a bit Leary because of a previous pest control company, I have to say this company exceeded my expectations! I was impressed from the start with customer service. The technician showed up before the scheduled time, explained everything to me and got to work. Finding the points of entry and sealing them up.How embarrassing, with the previous company,to have all these bait traps displayed in my home. Hiding them whenever company arrived. They will be back to check on progress in three days. Thank you Eastern Pine.!!! Worth every penny. Full of knowledge and professional. read more

A sales person cold called at my home. I didn't call them to come. I had some bugs on my back porch so the very convincing sales person sold me the service. I still have the bugs on my back porch which honestly wasn't that big a deal to me in the first place. It is outside. If bugs outside bother you, then maybe outside is just not for you. After six months I called to cancel the service. Guess what... You can't cancel. It's a contract. The cancellation fee was the remainder of the contract. $$$ for nothing. Beware. Don't make the mistake I did. Don't be pressured into a service you don't really need. I feel like I was foolish and was completely taken advantage of. A fool and her money was soon parted. read more

My wife hired these guys to take care of a mouse infestation, and they came a few times to set up/remove a few traps and that was it. Tanner claimed that he was going outside to seal up exterior holes multiple times but then he would immediately drive away! The mice came back after he claimed they were all gone, so we called him back. He came back out, set more traps, and said he would follow up, but we never heard from him again. We've been trapping the mice ourselves and just caught 5 more last week alone! I'm pretty annoyed that we paid this company so much to do next to nothing. read more

I contacted Eastern Pine to help solve our ant problem. They were super friendly and responsive. I ended up signing up for their yearly plan which covered a bunch of other pest issues and it was definitely worth it. Highly recommend! read more

We had suspected rats had moved into our crumbling raised patio. Eastern Pine was quick to response and had traps down later that day. We were not prepared for the total number that got trapped and hauled away, but problem solved! read more

Can't recommend them enough! Called about wasps and they came out immediately. He got right under the deck to look for them and handled the problem quickly. We were finally able to enjoy our outdoor space and we haven't in a couple summers- the wasps were everywhere! He was so helpful and made sure we knew if we saw any more he would come right back out. He did a great job and we didn't see another one the rest of the season! read more

Extremely friendly and responsive staff. They do great work. Would definitely recommend.

After catching the "one" mouse in my kitchen, then another, I soon realized I needed a professional. He came out to the house quickly and started the treatment that day. He inspected the house, basement to attic, inside and out. He set the traps and disposed of the victims over the next couple weeks and then sealed up the access points. I was very happy with the professionalism and communication. read more

We had great service from Eastern Pine. Very same day response time from our initial call. A wasp nest had attached itself to the INSIDE foundation wall of our utility room, a room we very rarely go in to. Ty from Eastern worked for a couple of days before it was safe enough for him to remove this nest from such a confined area. The wasp were entering from the opening around the A/C lines that were coming in from the A/C units outside. They filled in those openings to prevent further entry from wasps or any other little critters seeking shelter. It's only been a few days since this was done so here's hoping our problem has been solved. But, I'm sure if we have any further issues that they will come check it out. Highly recommend this service. read more

Thank Goodness for Eastern Pine. My husband and I bought a home in a very wooded area about 6 months ago and I think we've had every possible pest - carpenter bees, mice, bats in the attic, squirrels, ants, etc. This is our first home and we never could have taken care of everything on our own. Ty has been absolutely amazing. He and Tanner are incredibly responsive, reasonably priced, and they do amazing work. They answer my millions of questions, reassure me, and handle every single problem we've had. They are so thorough, professional, and I will use never use another pest control company. Thanks Ty and Tanner! read more

Eastern Pine Pest Control has been taking care of my home, as well as my multi-family properties for the last few months and it has been a pleasure! Ty and Tanner are knowledgable and their pricing is very fair. Stay away from the big companies when it comes to pest control, EPPC brings you the same if not better service at a much more reasonable price. 5 Stars. read more
