He is incredibly knowledgeable--not just about mice, ants, bees (including every kind of bee), and even rats--we've unfortunately had them all living near a pond. On his last visit, he had finished up and was heading to his truck when he spotted a stunned baby bird sitting in the middle of the street. Without a second thought, he stopped to help. We moved it somewhere safe and gave it a little water, and before long its parents came back for it. It had nothing to do with pest control, but it said everything about John.
