I called on a Friday afternoon, and he was able to get someone out to the house on the following Monday, being flexible to have them arrive when it worked for our schedule. We were told they'd be there at 3 PM, and they arrived promptly at that time. Tommy (the person we worked with) was very nice, extremely knowledgeable, reassured us that the issue was common and that he had 100% confidence they'd be able to take care of it. He explained exactly what he was looking for, what he was going to do in regards to a treatment plan, how it works, things for us to look out for, etc. He had us feeling much better about the situation after he left. Pat even reached out to me later in the Day checking in on the experience to make sure everything went well. They claim to be the best at eliminating termites and they showed me no reason to think otherwise. Was having work done in my basement and a carpenter noticed some my tunnels. We called a few companies and The Termite Boys were the only ones who picked up (called on a Saturday). They sent over their inspector, Pat. He calmly explained our situation. We had termites and they were active but there was no structural damage. Thanks God! He presented an option for treatment.
