The customer service has been horrible from start to finish -- from scheduling issues to how customers are treated once they already have your money. A1 came out and told me there was nothing they could do because the birds were protected. They came back a few days later and placed some bird repellent disks and charged ~$600 for the service. (These can be found on Amazon for about $60). Birds did not leave. A1 came back out on my request and realized the birds were Starlings (invasive species), so they are able to remove them. They then failed to call to schedule the re-return visit to remove the birds and cover the holes. I called after waiting a week and then had to wait another week for them to come back. They covered the holes and got the adult birds out (at a charge of $350), but left 2 baby birds inside the now sealed wall. I called and was told they were unable to access the nest itself and would have to re-charge me for any additional work to remove the nest... I guess I just have 2 dead baby birds trapped in my wall now. Everyone was nice, but I wouldn't consider the technicians thorough or pro-active. I cannot recommend this business considering I had to have them out 4 times and I still wouldn't consider the problem solved.

They were supposed to come once a month to check for pests and deal with them. Unfortunately, they do not seem to have enough techs to service all their customers. They "cancelled" the second monthly service without informing us. When we asked when they would be out to spray for ants they said we were not covered for ants. This is not what we were told when we spoke to the salesman. For $175 a month you would expect the most destructive pest would be covered. I can't recommend this company.
