I expected to need them annually, but they did such a good job we have not seen hide nor hair of a mouse since then. I'm currently using them for an outdoor rat problem. (There is redline construction by my house, and its causing the rats to flee to my yard.) There has been a significant decrease in activity despite the continued work. We have two dogs and they take care that there is no risk to their health or well being. Their technicians are polite and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend this service.

And at that point, no one thought this was a simple DIY project -- what, were we going to smack it down with a baseball bat and run for our lives?!? But we didn't want to use any toxic chemicals -- we have a small dog and there's a daycare right next door with little kids always running around in the yard just downwind. Thankfully there were a number of pest control companies in the area, and when we reached out to several, Green Planet Pest Control responded promptly, answered all our questions, and were able to schedule something within a day or two. The guy who came out to our house wore appropriate protection gear, and got the job done without any toxic chemicals that would've been bad for our dog or kids nearby. He also advised me on what product to get (a fairly pleasant-smelling natural spray with peppermint oil) to keep spraying in the area if I saw any return buildup, that would dissuade the wasps from sticking around. Would 100% recommend.

Thank you for making it such an easy process. Leo came by the same week, was patient, personable, listened to my concerns, put traps in the hot spots, and sealed some holes outside the home. Being renters, I knew there were certain things they wouldn't be able to do, but I still really appreciated the service and the 90-day warranty. I know the mice aren't completely gone yet, but we definitely don't hear the same noises in the kitchen anymore. He is incredibly knowledgeable--not just about mice, ants, bees (including every kind of bee), and even rats--we've unfortunately had them all living near a pond. On his last visit, he had finished up and was heading to his truck when he spotted a stunned baby bird sitting in the middle of the street. Without a second thought, he stopped to help. We moved it somewhere safe and gave it a little water, and before long its parents came back for it. It had nothing to do with pest control, but it said everything about John.
