He was recommended to us by a neighbor and he was supposed to show up in the morning to our new house . He didn't. We called him and he said he would meet us in an hour instead . Now we have been using Insight at one of our rental properties and they do a good job but I figured maybe we give someone else a shot. Big mistake. He showed up with his son and they did a look around the property and I asked him if he would check out the attic (which is finished btw). I asked him if it was ok if he take off his shoes in the house . He looked at me like I had three heads. Instead of saying no, he pays me on the back and tells me he's not my guy and walks towards his truck, gets in and leaves . This is btw something many contractors will consider or wear booties to not destroy your house while walking through it. I was appalled at his behavior, and I'm confident that with an attitude like that he won't get very far. Stay away from this guy, he is a jerk.

We have used Patriot for tick and mosquito prevention the last couple of years. We decided this year in an effort to save some money, we would take a break from the service. Unfortunately, they showed up and spayed our yard without consent. Usually I am the one that makes contact with a Patriot to pay in full for services at the beginning of the season. This year, I decided not to contact. We didn't receive any communication from them, no phone calls, text, mail to ask to renew. When I saw that the yard was getting sprayed, I immediately went outside to talk to the employee. He said that it was OK and it was just a mistake, and it would be free of charge and handed me a copy of the statement so I could call the office. I immediately called the company and spoke with Katie, she informed me that they would still be charging my credit card $120. Which makes no sense, because for the year we usually pay less than $500. When I told her we no longer wanted their services, she said I would need to speak to a manager to cancel and I would still need to pay. We didn't hear back from anyone at all. Since my husband is on the statement, he called several times with no response. He finally got ahold of someone today. They were extremely rude and refused to cancel the charge, even though we didn't sign a statement or hear from them to renew. After being a solid customer for several years and paying my bill upfront before spring, I feel like this is terrible customer service and they should be ashamed. Current customers need to check their credit cards, because this place is scamming people.

I have an irrigation system and I now have damage to my sprinkler heads. Both myself and husband had to take time off work, out of our day to deal with the mess. Contacted Pro Pest Control to come investigate the possible cause of some scratching my wife and I…read morewere hearing along the wall separating our bedroom from the outside of the house a few times last week during the night. They immediately responded to our request, and set up an appointment for the following day to perform an inspection. During the inspection, they determined that the noise we heard that we thought was coming from inside the walls may have been an animal scratching the outside of our house, because there were no signs any animals were getting inside the house. We had wildlife traps set up in our house from a previous mouse and squirrel intrusion a couple years ago. The Pro Pest specialist inspected those traps and determined they were still operable and didn't need to be replaced. After his review, he determined that no services were necessary and didn't charge us for his inspection. He could have easily ripped us off and pushed a service on us that wasn't needed, but he didn't. I recommend using Pro Pest Control Service if you want a good, honest service and prompt response time.
