I called Identity for an Ant and rodent problem that I had been experiencing. Within an hour the owner had called me back, set up a time to come by our house to look at our place to give us a quote for the job. Within two days I was emailed a detailed pdf with a complete breakdown of the estimate. After the job was booked, they came out to the house within a week and understood having to deal with my three recue dogs that have problems around strangers and my two indoor cats. He was in and out quickly, completely going through the house, attic, basement, garage and yard and they used pet friendly products products, which were important for us. If you're looking for pest control, I couldn't recommend better in NH. read more

I called Pest Control for a mice problem I thought I might have. Scott was at my house in just a couple of days and treated the problem quickly and very affordably. He discovered evidence of mice in the attached garage and set up many traps. He also set up bait stations inside the garage, house and large bait stations outside the house. I had some follow up questions for Scott and he answered the phone himself the two times I called. Even on a Sunday! I couldn't be more happier with Pest Control. Their professionalism, service, and value make them the best! I will continue to use them in the future if the need arises. Thank you, Pest Control! read more

GREAT SERVICE!!! I had Scot from Identify Pest Control come out to my home for a Moth issue that we were having in the kitchen and pantry. I called and they actually came out the same day, was able to help me identify where they were coming from, and treated the kitchen right there and then. While doing the inspection I mentioned that I did see a couple tiny mice around during the winter and low and behold he was able to find there they were spending a lot of time and treated that as well. I have had no mice and the moths are as good as gone. I would highly recommend Scot and Identify Pest Control to anyone! read more

I called Identity Pest Control for a hornets nest under my porch. We agreed on a date and time. The serviceman Craig was at my home on time and ready to go. He had the nest removed in 15 minutes and for the quote I was given. He also gave me some suggestions for preventing the hornets from coming back to that specific area. I thought he did a great job. I would use the service again and would refer friends and family to use this company for their pest issues. read more

John was very knowledgeable on what type of bees we had on our front/back deck. He was very attentive and listened to what we were experiencing and was able to put a plan in place. John was able to treat our home on the spot and gave a thorough walk through and description of how he treated our home afterwards. So far we have seen great results and would recommend/use again if needed! read more

We've been working with Identify Pest Control for about six months now and they have been incredibly responsive and very professional. Scott and John (our rep) are always willing to go the extra mile and they genuinely care about making sure that our issues are addressed. We were using a competitor of theirs that has national presence; however, we are much happier with this group. read more
