After a few unanswered calls to other companies, I reached these folks, and they were totally no-nonsense. They were available right away, and came to treat the house while we were at work. Their spray worked like a charm on the first try, killing the hornets around the house and repelling others from landing. When the warm weather arrived, so did the carpenter ants, and I called these guys again. I'm not sure if they're a family business, but sure it seems like it - the lady who answers the phone is sweet and helpful, and the exterminator was the same guy who had treated the hornet problem. They were available to treat the ant infestation right away, and even had a seasonal "service agreement" that covers pest control for the whole year for a set price (which, in both of my dealings with them, has come in exactly at, or under, what I was quoted on the phone). He came to the…read morehouse quickly, set up the trap near the shed (where i had seen the skunk) and that night the trap went off! Todd came right away and checked the trap. Turned out to be an opossum... so he released that since they are good for eating ticks. Todd said that the opossum would live in that hole and the skunk must be somewhere else. I tracked the skunk's movements over a couple days and found another hole the skunk looked to be going into (old ground hog hole). Once again, Todd came right over and within a few hours we had the skunk. Again, Todd came back over that same day and took the skunk away to go live at a better skunk place!
